I visited Rack Room Shoes at Brandon mall this weekend. I am mostly blind, hard of hearing and experience sensory overload often when vising the mall. I needed new walking shoes and was overwhelmed by my first stop at Dillard's. I was greeted by Reeya when I entered Rack Room. I told her what I needed, that I couldn't see well and would need extra help. I was so pleased with my shopping experience! Reeya directed me to a seat, listened, brought me selections based on my needs and told me prices so I could make an informed choice. She was professional, courteous, had a lovely sense of humor and all my anxiety melted away. I'm very happy Reeya was the one who assisted me and accommodated my disability with respect and a genuine desire to assure my visit was successful and positive. Because of Reeya, Rack Room will be my new go to place for shoes.

Customer service at this location is not that great 2 out of 10 but as for the shoes 7 out of 10 for the selection they currently have.

All the exclusions on promos lead me return purchase. Picked crocs which clearly marked as "only allowed as 1st pair" then picked one that was marked as part of promo only not to have cashier/system count it. I disagreed with cashier but no offer of manager to help sort it out. Will not return.
