He is extremely friendly, loves to strike up conversations, and is excellent for engaging in comic-shop talk. He can point anyone in the right direction, whether they are new to comics, an old fan, or looking for a gift. The shop has a consistently top-notch and huge selection, including a vast collection of back issues. For those who enjoy trade paperbacks and graphic novels, it has the best selection in the area, available at 25% off every day. Shoppers should check the right-hand wall as well as the shelves. During Free Comic Book Day, they are generous with their free comic selection, allowing more than most other shops. While other stores may have deeper discounts on trade paperbacks for that event, Read More Comics remains a great stop with many books others do not carry. It is an awesome place for everyone and a highly recommended local business to support.
Scott is the nicest and most knowledgeable comic book shop owner I have encountered in this area. He strives to recreate the old comic book shop feel which is why I appreciate his effort and choose him 1st everytime I look for comics.
