Possibly the absolute best shoe buying experience in my entire life. Bree and Allie were knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. From finding out what my needs were, to analyzing my foot biometrics for a custom fit boot; the experience was exceptional. Customer service was impeccable. If you are in the trades and need boots I implore you to give them a visit. My coworker and I were so happy with the experience, we both bought a pair of boots!

Great staff. Went in to get a pair of iron rangers. Boots I got were having a bit of heel slip. Went in next day to exchange for a pair 1/2 size down. Store didn't have it. They called the Tampa store , made arrangements for exchange and helped in getting the correct pair. Very happy with the team and purchase.

Ben was so helpful getting me a pair of work boots. I was very impressed with the pair of boots with Boa Laces, socks and inserts I was set up with. I went in today to change the insoles of my Red Wing boots. Breanna was a wonderful help to me. She was quick and easy to work with. She even polished my boots that I didn’t know needed to be polished🤦♀️😂 will definitely come back in the future for any other needs. Thank you very much Breanna❤️

First off, shout out to Ben for the great experience/customer service. Went in looking for a new set of work boots and left with a great pair and goodies to keep me and the boots going longer. Trying out the REDWING TRADESMAN 6". Great looking boot and got the Ultimate Fit Experience, and found a shoe insert that will make walking around the shop all day a breeze.
