Omg one of my favorite plazas love that parking is good can get there jump out and walk around and shop a variety of places for a variety of things. Tj maxx Marshall's bath and body works. Lots of great stores and fun places to go.

I love the stores in this plaza, however, the location is AWFUL! Several entry spots, but to exit you either have to get back on 60 one way, or cross ridiculous traffic on the other exit. They need additional stoplight to allow traffic to flow upon exit. Secondly, if you're gonna add more shopping stores, find locations with more space and less congestion. Plenty of areas in Brandon/Valrico.

Regency Square has cool shops with personality. Hadn't been there in years, but was quite happy to see some of the same shops doing business that were there 20+ years ago. I was impressed with the number of locally run businesses on site.

I needed a gift certificate from TJ Maxx for my daughter in law. Many great stores, including Marshall and HomeSense. Lots of restaurants and plenty of parking. Highly recommend this shopping spot for multiple great stores.
