DO NOT BANK WITH REGIONS BANK. The past few months have been spent wasted time in attempting to get service done. It must be similar to banking with a third world country. There are NO ATMS; if you want to withdraw cash, you have to wait in line at the drive-through, or walk into the bank and make a withdrawal where you must sign a withdrawal ticket, you are questioned for all of your ID's because there are no terminals at the teller stations; if you have a business account, it is not linked to your personal account. If you want to make a transaction from your personal to your business account, you must call customer service! I opened up a business account and I was quickly sorry that I did. If you call customer service to ask a question, you have to go through a multitude of prompts before speaking to a representative, and you are lucky to get the correct answer. Who cares if you are greeted with a Hi! Welcome! when you walk through the door?! I never wanted to go inside in the beginning!
I have gone back to CHASE!

I am a BOA account holder,I had to use their ATM last night and was charged $4 and my bank charges me $2.50.When I saw another $2.50 charge,it concerned me.I called 2x no answer,so I walked to the Bank.I showed the Banker my mobile account, showed her the extra fee and was told by her we can't give you your money back.I said excuse me?THIS IS FRAUD!ITS NOT YOUR MONEY.Go to online banking.i get fees every month for this customer service?HELL NO

It was a very positive and pleasant experience. Kenya was very helpful, and very eager to see me meet my financial goals. She explained everything to me, and prioritized my success. I am very satisfied, and will continue to be associated with the bank.

Was told it was OK to go to local Regions Branch to pay my Regions Credit card bill with my Chase Debit card and no charges. Looked at my Chase statement and noticed that a charge of $17.26 from Regions bank for the transaction. The Mgr. of the Bank was the teller that helped me and did not tell me that I was going to be charged a service fee...Very Disappointing and Horrible service!!

PLEASE DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE!!!! They have been keeping my paycheck from me for two weeks. I have read other comments and I see this is typical. No one can help or give real reasons.

I have an account with regions. If you or your spouse gets a huge check and your spouse wants to sign it over to put it into your account don’t use this bank!! We went yesterday to see if that’s something we can do since the check is in his name and the bank account is in mine we got told we would have to fill out a 3rd party form. That’s no problem. We go today to do that and one of the men that works at a desk in a office didn’t even want to listen to us explaining to him what we were told to do. He even had another guy telling him we needed to fill out a form but he was like no! Not with this big check. Meanwhile the lady that told us we could do that is sitting there listening to the whole thing and doesn’t correct him. Regions you need to do better because you lost a loyal customer.

Do not use this bank. They don't care about your well being. If you have issues with this bank in the future I warned you. They shouldn't closer down a long time ago.
