I went to Regions because of an issue involving the tax I.D. number assigned to one of my accounts. One of the bankers that happened to be at the teller line immediately helped me and the problem was resolved within a few minutes. I have experienced this level of service just about every time I have visited Regions.

Very unimpressed. Debit card never came in the mail. They don't know where it is. I go to one branch they say they don't make debit cards there. So they tell me I have to go to the one on causeway
I go in there and there's five people waiting to talk to a banker and they tell me that I have to wait until after all these people to get my debit card. That'll be at least 40 minutes. I'm beyond irritated completely unimpressed and will not be doing any banking the only reason I open this account is because my job banks with them. All I'll be doing is cashing my checks at this point. I'm so beyond irritated I'm not going to be banking with regions. My money is all in this region's account I can't use it because I can't get a debit card like I'm just so beyond frustrated right now I.

This has been the greatest bank for me to use in the past 20 years even though they changed their names and once or twice

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Regions customer service and branches in Tampa have always been superb. Since I moved to the Brandon area, this branch is closest to me but I am never coming back. I went to the branch today to get a new debit card printed. I was told at the counter to have a seat and a banker would make me a new card. Which usually, would never be a problem elsewhere. I sat waiting for OVER AN HOUR, missing my licensure class for my healthcare career, just for the banker to tell me after that hour that the card machine is empty. I was beyond disappointed and angry that I wasn’t informed in the beginning so I could go about my day. When I expressed that to the employees EAGER to run out of the door instead of doing their job, nothing. Unacceptable. Do not go to this location if you want professional and honest service. Also, this is not the first time there has been an excessive wait in addition to problems providing me service. Management- Please don’t respond to this with a sorry. A sorry isn’t going to compensate for my time & money to be spent to reserve another test. I can’t even do that due to having no debit card still and it being a weekend. This bank is despicable. BE BETTER.

I love this bank. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maria Fashoro, the branch manager, is a great person. She knows what customer service is supposed to feel like. I couldn't recommend this branch enough.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this branch. We have issues with fraud on my mothers accounts. Diana has been indispensable in helping us work through the issues. She has been incredibly helpful, polite, professional, and prompt in all interactions I have had with her. 10 star service!

This branch is horrible. Dont ask to speak to a manager because they will tell you shes kn vacation or not available. Have tried to speak with her for 2 months.

After almost 13 years with this bank, I reported a fraudulent deposit and opened a new account to be safe.. it took the bank a month to verify things that were not my fault only for them to close an lock my accounts without a call or text.. several in branch meetings only to be told “we are sorry”. I will never bank again with Regions

Originally, I was not going to write a feedback about my experience but the behavior of the cashier representative made me change my mind, we all make mistakes he handed me an envelope without counting the cash, no receipt and it was $500 short, but it was his reaction afterwards when I came back 5 mins later that really made me upset, he made me wait while he was just chatting with another guy exchanging personal contact information, finally the other cashier assisted me and referred me to him for his mistake luckily the guy gave me the correct amount that time after doing an inventory ofc and didn't even apologized!Originally I was not going to write a comment about my experience but the behavior of the cashier made me change my mind, we all make mistakes, he gave me an envelope without counting the cash, without a receipt and it was missing $500, was his reaction later when I returned 5 minutes later which really bothered me, he made me wait while I was chatting with another guy exchanging personal contact information, finally the other cashier helped me and referred me to him for his mistake, luckily the guy gave me the correct amount that time after making a inventory of course and didn't even apologize!
