I don’t know much about paint which is why I went to a specialist paint store instead of a big box store. But what I got was inattention and the run around because I wasn’t a commercial customer. Instead of offering advice it was suggested I should go to Lowe’s, then when I insisted they look up the paint color I wanted, I was told I had to bring a chip of paint color so they can give me the ‘right’ type. So I drove home and cut a chip of paint from the wall and returned to the store. The chip was scanned but I still had to decide the type of paint, so I went with the mid grade of outdoor paint. Never again will I use this store. If I need more paint I’ll go and get it color matched at Lowe’s.

Employee not helpful. We were the only ones in the store and could barely get him to answer our questions, even after I explained to him that we didn't know anything about Sherwin Williams, but it's what paint our painter uses. I've gotten better service from Home Depot and Walmart paint departments and thats not saying much!! I'd go with a different company if it wasnt the kind of paint our painter uses!!

Good luck getting them to answer the phone on top of the absolute worst service!!! Stick to Home Depot or Florida Paints in this area!!!

These guys are very helpful, willing and able to assist in any way, shape or form. The rich colors to the quality of paints and paint related products, you can't go wrong. Great line of quality professional paints and paint related everything. You don't have to be a professional to paint like one w these guys at Sherman Williams by your side. I've trusted sherwin williams paints for years. Trusting staff that are knowledgeable about the products vs sales people in the big box stores.I'm very happy with the service and quality. I recommend the Brandon store .1

Ordered online and went to pick it up and the guy said it was not ready but I spoke to Sam about it the day before why I received an email that says picked up but I never picked it up and got charged for it, so I asked him if it was ready and said yes but basically just wasted my time
