Kathia Pollock is the most professional manager that I have ever seen in such a long time. I enjoyed so much her professional treat . She is very polite, honest, humble and helped our needs. She gained our trust and respect. The way she helped fulfill our needs. She went over the limits. My husband is so thankful and we will come back just for the quality of the shoes and the best Sketchers manager Kathia Pollock.

Marian at Brandon Exchange, what excellent customer service! She is caring and attentive to her customers needs. We walked in looking for shoes for my mother inlaw, who's foot was hurting with the shoes she had on. We were helped by a sales person who did not care or take her time to listen to our needs. But Marian caught on that we were not being helped and offer help and before we walked out the store and we were amazed! Having had customer service like that in long time. If higher management is reading this Marian need a raise and should be in charge of training you sketchers employees. Thank you Marian for the excellent care. ❤️

I had a great experience yesterday (Jan.8, 2025)! Mariah was VERY patient and personable helping me find the right shoes. I can not buy just any shoes because of a foot surgery that went wrong! The nerve pain is constant so, going into a shoe store is very challenging! Over an hour later I was so happy to have found two pair of shoes that worked! A miracle for me!!

I was just in the Skechers store at the Brandon Exchange. There are two ladies working there today and it is packed with the BOGO 50% off sale. These two are working their tails off. They have been so kind and patient with every customer. One (or both) are bilingual and one patiently helped a visually impaired customer. These two ladies are working tirelessly and I appreciate their attentiveness and efficiency. They deserve all the accolades today!

I arrived looking for black work shoes and have a common size in a man's 12, wide, mind you. After some searching on the retail floor I kinda gave up. Gloria, a great, staff member, brought some alternatives in my size and sought after style. She was spot on and I left a happy customer.
