We already have a Sleep Number bed, but we wanted a pillow with removable inserts for my husband and they were buy one, get one so that was great.

It was a pleasant experience entering the store. Mr. Frank was very respectful and greeted me in a professional manner. His knowledge of his sleep experience was excellent information to help me selected the best cooling pillow as a gift for my brother. My brother now says his sleep has improved after using the pillow. Thanks you Mr frank and the store for your help!

I bought one in 2017 6 months before the warranty ran out in one year. The left bladder got a leak one year after that the right bladder got a leak cost me almost $200 dollars and don't even get me started with their cheap sheets they didn't even last 6 months before tearing. I thought this was going to be the last bed I ever bought but with the quality it's just not going to happen

Very disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience and feel compelled to share with others about their deceptive sales tactics and hidden fees. The salesperson Rebecca seemed genuinely interested in helping us find the right mattress however conveniently omitted mentioning the exorbitant fees associated with returning the bed if we didn't like it. It was only after we made the purchase and attempted to return the bed due to its uncomfortable nature that we were hit with these unexpected fees. When we attempted to return the bed, we were informed that there would be a substantial restocking fee, effectively penalizing us for their false advertising and our salesperson's dishonesty. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I am incredibly frustrated with Sleep Number's lack of transparency and customer care. It is utterly disheartening to see a company resort to such unethical practices, preying on customer's trust and then slapping them with unexpected fees when the product does not live up to its promises. I implore anyone considering purchasing a Sleep Number bed to beware of their sales tactics and insist on full disclosure of all terms and conditions before making a decision. No customer should be subjected to such mistreatment and financial burden due to company's deceptive practices. I, for one, will never set foot in a Sleep Number store again, and I sincerely hope others learn from my unfortunate experience and money I lost.

Nichole was VERY helpful and helped guide us in buying our new Sleep Number i8. She didn't push anything on us and even gave us space to discuss between ourselves before deciding. No pressure sales. I love it!

Excellent customer service, our sales associate Frank at the Brandon Mall location was absolutely the best. He explained it all and answered all our questions. We ordered the Queen Dual I8 with the Queen FlexFit 2 Adjustable base, Mattress Pad, Pillows and a sheet set. The bed arrives this week!

We had our original sleep number bed for 15 yesterday. We did have to replace the foam sides. It was time to replace again. We were offered a comparable mattress but choice an limited edition. It was a great experience.

******EDIT******I’m editing my review because Sleep Number and the manufacturer of the base did make this right. After a lot of effort to make it happen, they repaired the base of my bed at no charge. I’ve been a big advocate for their beds, even if they have ruined hotel stays for me bc my bed is way more comfortable. If you do decide to get one of these amazing beds, just make sure they thoroughly explain their warranty. Thank you Sleep Number for doing the right thing.

I went in, worked with Frank and ordered a Queen size mattress & mattress pad on 11/22 delivery was 12/8. Today is 12/8 the guys came & I have full size mattress ? I called the store & of course they can’t do anything about it. Luckily I spoke to Doreen in customer service we got my queen mattress ordered. Now I have to wait until 12/30 for the next delivery! Thanks a lot Frank!

My wife and I walked into the store to look at pillows and we walked out with two pillows and a complete bed purchase. It was an unexpected purchase, but glad we took the opportunity to work with Rebecca. She had great customer service and was very attentive to our questions to help us find the right bed combination. My husband's and my experience at the Brandon Mall Sleep Number store was PHENOMENAL. We dealt exclusively with a lovely woman named Rebecca. She walked us through the bed selection, having us try nearly every bed to find the most comfortable option. She gave us of loads of suggestions, and even helped save some money. Rebecca was very patient with our millions of questions and indecisiveness. She was welcoming, warm, and informative; you can tell she really enjoys her work! There is a mistake in our order, which, we are SURE Sleep Number can correct with no issue.

We purchased a split California King. My issues started with them telling me they fixed the problem of the mattresses separating and they have not, the warranty is also BS as right at a year from buying our bed the right side stopped working and the left side stopped holding air. We called, instead of sending out a tech they wanted me to trouble shoot the problem then made me buy a new "brain" or mother board and wiring harness that they expect me to install. i am a trained tech and they will never get another dime of my money. i highly recommend not purchasing one of there beds...
