My stylist is amazing; however whoever runs this establishment really needs to fix the air-conditioner. If snow could fall inside there would have been a foot of snow. Please regulate the temperature as I feel for the people who work in there daily.

This place in a word would be SPECTACULAR. Everything is nice and neat, there's great pepole working out there, very sweet and nice service. I would definitely recommend this place for both nails and hair.
Hair type: I’ve got thick, long, and a bit frizzy hair, and I’m pretty consistent about getting it done every six months by Yaime at the salon, and let me say, she eats every time! My hair’s a mix of oily at the scalp and dry at the ends, and while there’s no magic solution for that, Yaime gave me some great tips on shaping it for more volume and overall health after coloring. Would totally recommend!

I'm a man with long hair and get sketchy about having my hair cut. Jenny cut just small amount of length, added some layers and it was perfect. Took less than 5 minutes.
Requested style: Trim my long hair. Don't take off too much. Add some layers.

So my friend had a really bad experience with HAIR BY SERENA. She went in for a full balayage and was super clear about what she wanted, even brought in photos. But Serena just did whatever she felt like. My friend didn’t realize how bad it was until later, and when she asked Serena to fix it, she was told she’d have to pay again! It’s just ridiculous. She didn’t even get what she asked for in the first place. Definitely avoid this place if you want someone who listens to what you want.

HAIR BY SERENA did a terrible job on my friend’s hair. The highlights were uneven, harsh, and not at all what she asked for. Serena wouldn’t fix it without charging again, even though the mistakes were her own. Definitely avoid!

My friend went to HAIR BY SERENA and it was a disaster. She asked for a balayage, but Serena ignored her request and did a sloppy job. The highlights were poorly done and harsh. When my friend asked for a fix, Serena said she'd have to pay again. Unprofessional and careless.

My friend had an awful experience at HAIR BY SERENA. She asked for a balayage, but Serena didn’t listen, and the highlights were messy and unblended. Worse, she was told she’d have to pay again for any corrections. Just terrible service.

My friend had such a frustrating experience with HAIR BY SERENA. She went in with clear ideas and pictures of what she wanted, but Serena completely ignored it and did something totally different. When she asked her to fix it, she was told she'd need to pay again! Seriously, that’s unacceptable. It’s not like it was her fault in the first place. I’d say stay far away unless you want someone who won’t listen to your requests.

My friend had a bad experience with HAIR BY SERENA. She went in with pictures, explained everything clearly, but Serena didn’t even follow her request. When my friend asked for it to be corrected, Serena said she’d have to pay again! That’s just wrong. It wasn’t even close to what she originally wanted, and now she’s stuck paying more if she wants it fixed. I wouldn’t trust this place.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but I felt like I was taken advantage of. I went for a full balayage with HAIR BY SERENA, showed her plenty of pictures of how I wanted my hair, and in the end, she did what she wanted. When the process was done, I had to leave in a hurry, and later, when I took a closer look at my hair, it was nothing like what I asked for. She wasn’t delicate with the highlights. When I asked her to please fix it or actually do what I originally requested, she told me I would have to pay again, even though this could have been avoided if she had done what I asked from the start. Really poor service.
