Tremendous crap of attention. Right now, several workers in the store are trying to deliver the modem and they start talking and leave only one serving the public. Being the 4th person and taking me 1 hour. Furthermore, the store does not have its own number. It's a farce and that's without mentioning the terrible Internet service. It's all a facade and a trap.

We had an amazing experience with Jorge Hanna. He was incredibly helpful and was able to resolve our issue while the online/phone representatives were not able to fix our issue after being on the phone for a combined 10 hours over 2 days. Huge props to Jorge, he's a literal life saver.

I'd give a zero star if possible. Its Sunday and there are only TWO people here to take care of customers. I'm number 7 in line and have been waiting for almost 3 hours (still in line now). This is ridiculous, hire more people! Its a Sunday at a mall, there are going to be a lot of customers. One person in front is being helped for over an hour now.
Instead of sending me to your facebook page or whatever you do as an automated response, how about solving the issue the instead.
Update: I have now waited for more than 5 hours. You keep taking people with appointments. If you prioritize appointments over walk-ins, then why even have walk-ins? Just have everyone make an appointment. It is now 4:00pm EST, they close at 6:00pm EST. So if they close before they get to walk-in's, did we just waste an entire day waiting?

I had an outstanding experience at the Spectrum store in Brandon Town Center Mall, all thanks to Rose! She went above and beyond to help me upgrade my plan and open a new Spectrum Mobile line. Rose was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I got the best deal possible. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the whole process a breeze. If you're visiting Spectrum, I highly recommend asking for Rose—she truly provides exceptional customer service!

Worst service restoration ever! I’ve had power back since Thursday following Hurricane Milton. We were lucky to have very little damage in my area, so I’ve been expected to return to work. However, I have no internet. When I call I’m just told I’m in an outage with not projected restoration date. They just keep saying they have to wait for the power to return to have a crew come out. It’s Monday, you’ve had since Thursday. Figure it out!!

I would rate this zero stars is possible. I arrived before the store opened to return a cable receiver. Mind you I was not canceling my service, just returning one receiver. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes during that time only 3 people were assisted (all for phone issues). In the meantime the manager (?) walked around and asking people what they were here for. There were at least 5 people waiting to return equipment that could have been addressed quickly but he never did. Finally another employee showed up but it took her over 15 minutes to log into her computer station. When I was finally helped by a nice young man named Michael it only took 10 minutes to do my return. A lot of frustration could have been eliminated if there was one associate dedicated to equipment returns.

Phone support stated that the store is “just salespeople.” I guess they will just give you equipment without needing any confirmation. SCAMMERS. Switched to frontier and got 5GB speed for $130 a month. Don’t wast your time with these con artists.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK AHMED FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. VERY PATIENT EXPLAINING AND ANSWERING ALL QUESTIONS. SO SAD THAT THERE ARE SO FEW CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM. THANK YOU AGAIN AHMED

Walked in just to return a router. Had to sign in at the computer kiosk (that turned out to be the hell that followed Friday the 13th). I repeatedly got texts stating something close to "don't leave know, your next in line". At first it was great but, after 25 minutes and observing all of the other people in the store that were there when I arrived, I realized this was a terrible twilight zone scenario. I ran out and never came back however, the store continued to send me the same text message for the next 24 hours.... Need I say more? The store needs more help or better help. Not to mention, if you don't know where it is in Brandon exchange mall, you'll spend at least 15 minutes locating the store. Have fun.
