I got the usual cut I always get, since I was visiting the area, I've never been to this specific Sports Clips, so this was my first time at this one.
I don't recall what my stylists name was, but let's just say she wasn't the greatest conversationalist.
But what bothered me was the condescending tone she would use when I was asking her questions about notes that I put in my profile/account. Look, I'm not the best with " haircut jargon" lmao so I admit my ignorance up front, but all I ask for is that you don't make me feel like THAT much of a moron.
But again, the cut looks good so that's what matters.

My husband went to get his hair trimmed today and took our son. He does not remember the names of the people who cut their hair. Whoever did my husband's trim did great. However, whoever did my son's 'fade" has he looking like Ben Stiller from tropic thunder. That's crazy!

I was in desperate need of a haircut and I always have anxiety when going to get it done. I requested Kitty to cut my hair and boy am I glad that I did. Kitty is the absolute best and truly takes care of you from the beginning to the end. She did a great job and earned a customer that will keep coming back. Thank you Kitty for taking care of me!

I have been going here over 5 years. This is hands down the group that always goes above and beyond. Kitty in particular is a 12/10 and has always been especially fantastic. The entire team is amazing and I trust each of them with my haircut.

I'm appalled by the customer service provided at this establishment, especially considering I've been a loyal customer, bringing my kids here regularly. Upon arrival, we were met with complete disregard; there was no greeting, and the lady attending to us displayed extreme rudeness. It was evident from the start that she had no interest in cutting my son's hair. Despite my son clearly expressing his preferences, she continuously questioned his choices, she gave him BANGS disregarding his wishes. She came to me and said he just wants to cut it off. I expressed if he cuts it off make sure it’s blended correctly so it doesn’t look uneven. She’s like do you just want to go talk to him! I said no, just do what he wants. Even after paying over $30 with tip, my son was still unsatisfied with his haircut, but he felt discouraged from asking for further adjustments as she bluntly refused, saying I’ve changed it 3 times I’m not going to keep doing this. Clearly she wasn’t doing what he was requesting. Reluctantly, I had to intervene and request a fix. The discussion between her and another woman in the back room felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, almost as if they were discussing my son. Upon finally returning to rectify the haircut, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Throughout the entire ordeal, her demeanor remained unpleasant, leaving me with the firm decision never to allow her to cut my son's hair again. Her name is Yuliya L., and her evident lack of professionalism indicates a need for further training.
