I was repeatedly promised when I added an extra line on my business acct that the additional second one would "forever be free, no surprises ever." Seriously, I made the person repeat it to me so many times & show me in the paperwork. Well, they keep charging me for this line which I really need for work & because of issues w our home, we lost the paperwork w the proof. These records should be kept on file as well & not relied upon a single paper form for proof.When I added an additional line to my business account, I was repeatedly promised that the second additional line would be "always free, no surprises." Went in to this store with some issues with My iPad and my service. I spoke with a gentleman named Tristin. He was very help and polite. He helped with resting my service for my phone and helping with the issues I had with my iPad. I would definitely recommend other customers to go to this store than some of the others around town.

*****DO NOT USE THIS STORE!! Shady!! Staff took short cut and it cost me $120!!! *****It took 4 trips for them to get my phone and tablet ported from Verizon to T-Mobile. Then two months later I got a bill from Verizon and discovered my tablet was never switched over. I thought the first bill was a partial bill from changing providers. When I called the store to complain the manager, Triston would not let me speak and kept talking over me. The rep at the store did not port my tablet number and instead took a short cut and just assigned it a new number. By doing that, Verizon was never notified that I no longer had or needed there service. So I had to pay Verizon for 2 months of service I didn’t have!!! Shady and crooked!!!They are only interested in getting you out the door ASAP and there’s no customer service once the switch is completed.

Walked in and already could tell they were SO GLAD TO SEE ME , I asked to see if I use my Jump feature before even checking my account, Tells me I can’t use the Jump cause my phone has bad water damage and I need to trade in my phone basically, when I already own the phone. No help to me whatsoever and just wanted to me leave. I ordered my phone online no problem with the Jump and I DIDN’T need to trade in my phone WOW ! Need to train new employees or get these guys in check cause what’s the point of a store if I’m just gonna do everything online and have to wait. Never catch me here again. Half Star if I could

Awesome job guys I came into the store at the beginning of the month to switch my family from Verizon they helped me port my numbers and gave me 2 t-mobile cooler bags for switching so excited

Staff is a joke. Guys are just sitting there. No greeting. Can't touch the phone. Staff was literally Standoff ish. They dont want to work.I rather drive 5 miles up the road
