I always come here to purchase products because the staff is super helpful and kind. I bring every family member here, they love the selection and I recommend any out of towners to come here to get the best service & product. I have to give Mike C. a shout out because...today...I left my money on the counter and walked off not knowing it. Mike came out to my car and handed me the envelope I accidentally left on the counter. This experience alone will forever be one major reason I won't go anywhere else when I purchase wine, etc. - Thanks you guys!

This is the coolest liquor store I think I've ever been to. You can find things here that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else, and they don't take advantage of that fact by charging outrageous prices. On top of all that, they have a real personal connection with the community. The people I've met there have been some of the most warm, welcoming, and interesting people I've met in any context. I haven't experienced it, but they sell whiskey barrels and have tastings and gatherings, etc. You can't help but just feel good and wholesome walking out of that place. I very highly recommend checking it out.

The best store in the Tampa Bay area! Great staff, selection, bourbon store picks and lots of allocation drops throughout the year!
The GM Chris is particularly knowledgeable about his products and always has great product suggestions based on other products I like.

Star Liquor (Brandon) has the most consistent store pick spirits I know of across 4 counties. The staff is very friendly and open to conversation. The community this store brings together is awesome, too.
Their pricing is fair and relatively competitive for the area (considering there is Total Wine nearby), except for their store picks. Their store pick prices beat the crap out of most places I know. And the fact that they know how to pick good whiskey is the cherry on top. I do wish their tequila selection was a little more expansive.
If you have 5 minutes to spare, go ahead and spend 15 instead looking at their vast selection of whiskies.

Clean and great customer service. Every time I go they always have a cold espresso martini buzz ball available, it's the only place I know of. 😋

Great store with fair prices, knowledgeable staff, and an owner that knows his customers. Huge selection of bourbon and whiskey and fantastic store picks that you can try before you buy. The small bar in the back is the place to be on Wednesdays, with all the Malört you need!

It’s not very often you can go into a store and meet the owner. I purchased a bottle of Blanton’s to share with my groomsmen at my wedding. Shortly after we experienced a house fire and lost everything 3 months before our wedding, including this special bottle. I visited every liquor store within 20 miles and could not find one. I stopped into star liquor and asked the clerk if they had one. He said no and then could see the frustration and my vocal response of crap. Which perked his curiosity and asked why I was so frustrated. So I told him my story. He said to give him a minute and walked to the back of the store where Chris was located. The clerk came back and said to hang out for a minute. And up walked Chris with a bottle of Blanton’s that was slated for their tasting room. He sold me the bottle and made my day. I will forever visit star liquor for my spirits needs. Attached is a picture of myself and my groomsmen. Thank you so much.
