Hope you have a half hour to burn waiting in the drive-thru lane to eventually receive service. I arrived with one vehicle in front of me currently ordering food and NO one else in the drive-thru lane ahead of them. The vehicle in front me waited 20 min while I waited around 25 min. When I asked what the hold up was they said they fell behind on orders but they couldn't afford to let me know that when I was ordering my food? You are basically held hostage at this drive thru because it's only a single lane so no other lane to use to go around the vehicle in front of you and exit. When I asked the manager for some type of discount on my order for not informing me on the 25 min wait he said he could give me a free French fry. They seem more worried about the online orders from folks sitting on their couch than they are the ones actually coming to their establishment.

Their credit card service broke down. They did not put up a sign for the drive through. Because it is one lane only in the drive-through I had to sit through an entire line of cars for at least 20 minutes. And I wasn’t able to get anything because I didn’t have cash. The manager could’ve at least offered us the free drink for trouble.

It was closed at 9:20 pm when it says on the door it's open till midnight.

Very disappointed that the wait staff has been removed to save a few dollars but the prices are still higher.. This place needs a friendly face to meet and greet diners. And this location in particular needs a good cleaning. Needs to be mopped cause the floors are so sticky I feel I should wipe my feet before I go outside.

A staff member greeted us when we walked in to order from the kiosk. Our food was prepared in a timely manner and was up to par with other Steak 'n' Shakes we've eaten at. Booth tables were not cleaned off, and floor was very sticky and dirty, and scent of old grease hung in the air.

It's closed on a Friday afternoon at 5 pm... not even drive thru?? No signs. Door locked. Lights on. My grandson just wanted a shake.

I What's helped by a gentleman that I goes by the name of Cy. Cy Seems to be very knowledgeable about the menu there. He was very respectful and and has a great personality.Not sure if he is a manager. But he should definitely be getting paid like he is. This guy was multi tasking to the max he was doing fries, The grill, making milkshakes, taking orders at counter and was handling drive through like a champ! Cy Definitely deserves the star employee of the month and a raise!!! And don't forget first class is the only class!!!!Kid-friendliness: Cy is that Guy!!!
