They won't let me get to my money... my account is frozen, locked out, I can't use my card.. I have money in the account that I can't get to.The people on the phone and at the bank can do anything about it.This is something out of a movie. Impossible

The customer service is very poor at this location recently they have no respect for time or doing things in a timely manner it should not take 30 minutes to do a deposit and you should not make people wait and do them together with newly people who just got their and haven’t waiting that’s just to me very rude and disrespectful I’ll be moving banks soon.

I've been with this bank for 10 years and since they changed to Truist it takes over 15 minutes to make a withdrawal when there is no one in line at the bank!! It used to take 5 minutes.

Worst bank period! sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, I had to beep my horn for service since nobody answered the call button. My entire lunch break was spent in line and I was late getting back to work. Friday they closed early for the switch over that has been going on for over a year and people couldn't cash their check. Saturday closed for the same reason, Monday closed for holiday and today 1 car in front of me and took over 45 minutes. They charged me $8.00 to cash my check, no receipt, no discussion of increase, no customer service, no nothing. I can't wait for my employer to switch over to 5th/3rd so he can afford the direct deposit fees and it doesn't cost me $358.00 a year just to cash my checks

I have been a member of this bank for seven years never had the experience I had today from the employee Name malisa at the Brandon location. She was very insensitive and very aggressive towards me I'm at customer at the end of the day no matter your feelings. Very unprofessional.

Only I teller for the lobby and drive thru at 2:25 in the afternoon. Ridiculous wait times just to get to the window. Need more tellers!!!!!!
