Jude! he was so exceptionally amazing! I came in near closing for help with something I didn't think could get help for. He went above and beyond, called his manager, looked over every discount he could offer. I walked out spending less than I thought with a lower monthly bill. Recommend 10 out of 10 would come again.Thank you

1- I recommend that you do not fall for the false promotions offered by these people ? Last Sunday I was in this store and the advisor Luis, a Venezuelan national, offered me 2 free tablets and 2 free iPhone. but they will say that it is stupid too good to be true and that is why I called TMovil on Monday and they told me that I would no longer pay 214 dollars but 350 each month ? That's why friends, be careful, these people only want to sell and they are not interested in whether you can pay or not.

Andrew and Jude helped my trade in my phone. At first I didn't understand the trade in credit but Andrew explained it to me. They were super patient as my phone data transferred and answered all my questions. Friendly people!

Ryan was awesome! He helped us with a phone upgrade and issues we had with our data because 611 messed us up twice and we walked into the store and Ryan took care of us twice. He has great customer service. I always go to this store because everyone here is awesome. I drove 30 miles to come to this store. Thanks Ryan!

I honestly cannot thank the staff here enough this morning. I'm on vacation and got completely locked out of my phone. The salespeople were so kind and understanding and did everything they could. In the end we couldn't unlock or reset my phone , but they did help me get an affordable phone that I am able to use while on vacation. They really helped save our vacation and were honestly incredibly awesome. Thanks guys .

Visit today the T-Mobile store in the Brandon mall the corporate store trying to get my daughter a new iPhone I was greeted by a fairly young man with horrible customer service skills and with a horrible attitude I was trying to explain to him that the only thing I wanted to accomplish is to update my daughters phone to a new iPhone he started being extremely pushy, trying to convince me to open a new line. I explain to him that I have no use for a new line that the only thing I was there to do is to upgrade my daughters phone refuse to listen to me pretty much what I told him went from one ear to the other long story short, I was never able to accomplish anything the people that work at the store near Customer Service training as soon as possible . I think after today I’m gonna take my business somewhere else. This is ridiculous.

We spoke to a sales rep in the Brandon Town Center store, mid-December, (who conveniently no longer works there). They promised us that if we switched from Verizon they would give us $1000 dollars toward paying of our phones, and they could drop our phone bill from ~$315 / month to around $120 / month with an unlimited plan. That a business account would be better since we needed three (3) lines. That we would have to wait for the new customer period to finish and then we would get our money. That we could also qualify for a Veterans discount (I'm a Vet) to make our bill even lower. All lies.It's been 6 months and we still haven't received our reimbursement for the phones we were still paying for at Verizon. They said the bill will be a little higher than normal for the first month just till all of the billing catches up and then it will drop to the regular rate. We kept checking with T-Mobile waiting for the Prepaid cards with our money and the bill be dropped to about $100-$120. Then that's when we noticed about 12 phone numbers that we were paying for. We've called several times and can't get any help. They always tell us that there isn't anything they can do, they'll have to check with a supervisor and get back with us. When asking about the amount of the bill ($385!!) they say that my Veterans discount has dropped off and we have too many lines!They put those lines on there to make their quota! And I shouldn't have to use a Veteran's discount to reduce my bill to below $385!!! Now I'm told if we cancel, they won't be able to help us resolve this, we'll just owe that and much more! We're being blackmailed!

These kind of stores aren't really there in order to help folks with phone problems, I mean they will try to help, but they are not trained to understand anything about the phones. They are trained to sell you a newer phone. That's it. As such, I guess they are okay.

Everything went fine; however, when we got home and looked over our receipts we noticed charges that were not explained to us. Other than that we are happy with our products. Next time we will have to pay more attention and not get caught up chit-chatting.

Jeramiah did an excellent and patient job of switching us to T-Mobile, setting up my new iPhone 14 Pro. The entire staff was very courteous as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mr. Mertz took care of my wife and I He was very patient and professional. He took the to ensure we had our cell phone services restored.He is a an asset to T Mobile and the Brandon location. He should be promoted into management As Soon As Possible.

Loyal customer for 4 years. I never go to a store for help but I was trading my phone in and went into the store so they can process my credit towards taxes and not my bill. I dealt with Emily, my trade in went in smooth. I then wanted to trade in a second phone but told it was best not to since the screen was cracked. Ok fine. I was told by Emily if she opened a new line I would get the second phone free. I asked if my current phone # would get transferred to the new line? And I was advised Yes. A mth later my bill jumped up by $87 and have a 5th ghost line with 360 protection on it. SMH. I called to resolve the issue and fix my bill with the manager and told he was not in so they would give him a message. A few hours later I get a call from the same representative who messed up my plan claiming she fixed my bill and would now be paying $30/mth on a phone I was told would be free. I'm not sure why they had her call when I requested a manager and she made the situation worst. I call the local Tmobile team who then advise me she never removed the line like she had with corporate but changed my current plan from the Magenta Max to my prior plan which I never asked her to do. The worst service ever and felt she should have called to discuss before making any changes to my plan. I won't leave out that she got loud over the phone and hung up on me 3'x after trying to talk over me instead of hearing me out in regards to her errors. Unfortunately my bill is still not where it is supposed to be after calling another manager at another location. I'll be moving on.
