I had a mishap with my XR at work. Lost it while working n even though the find my iphone was telling me that it was at the location i was? Nada. put it on Lost phone n alas i had to get another one. I wanted a 13mini but all they had was the bigger one. No problem! I had the pleasure of being taken care off by a young lady called Alex. She walked me through the steps, explained the cost differences n i chose accordingly to what i needed. Atm im still dealing with all that fun medical debt so no super nova phone lol im happy with the 13th, it covers my needs n it mirrored everything from the cloud. Alex was kind and patient with me. While the phone was updating n configuring itself with the network. We shared life stories and i started talking about sharks, free diving n that time a blue crab was eating my foot when i was little O_o lol time went by so fast! One of the other staff gentlemen gave me a Christmas gift! It was a T-Mobile cup! So blessed! I would definitely recommend this store. Nobody tackled me when i came in like an apple store? Lol took less than 2 seconds n wam "hello welcome" very lovely n attentive experience. Would definitely come back.

After wasting 45 minutes on the phone with tech support last night just for the tech to have no idea how to fix the connection issue between my phone and watch, I gave up and went into the store today. Matt was able to fix it in about 30 seconds. Absolutely the best experience I've had with tmobile in a long time. Matt is a gem and Tmobile is lucky to have him!

Odyssey and Josh were fantastic today! Helped me very quickly! Easy to understand and happy to help. Broke down things for me perfectly. I wanted to hangout in the store with them by the time we were done! They both deserve a raise ?

Retail botched when I stopped in to get a new phone. I left a bad review. They commented back acting concerned about it, included an email address saying they wanted to hear from me. I sent them an email and then never heard back. They only did that to make the weak minded think they care about their customer service. They don't, or they would have actually answered the email. Garbage customer service and will be going elsewhere as soon as a promotion offers to buy the contract or handset out.

No help at all been with tmobile for 9 years went and the lack of customer was lacking no friendly approach. Environment seemed very negative. Didn't even get offered for help. Employee just walked up to me once they got too me they just stood there I had to start the conversation. Ibwas really looking to upgrade my phone.ill take my business else where. ?

Went in this store last night for help and the two male employees looked at me and my Son with a look like "what do you want" no spoken words escape their lips. Nevertheless we went to the Mall and was taken care of (mostly). I'm been trying for three days to get a new line and number ported over. Still trying. Keep getting different answers from T-Mobile.

I agree with all the low scores. I've been with T-mobile for 4 years and customer service, for me, has ALWAYS been lacking; just the way people have described it. Everywhere. Great deal for seniors keeps me here. That's the ONLY reason.

4:30pm on June 19th. I just upgraded to a Galaxy S22. Excited about my new phone, I excitedly walked into this location with my trade-in as I was directed to do so online. I saw four associates and only two were working with customers. The older associate looked up from his phone, saw me waiting and then chose to walk to the back of the store. As soon as one of the associates was done with his customer, he also chose to walk to the back of the store. I had to be the one to initiate the conversation. I was over 20 feet away from him as this point. I told him why I was there and the only information I got from him was "he has no way of recieving my trade-in in his system". No alternatives. No information on what I could do. No customer service at all. This was a horrible experience and I honestly wish I had chosen a different carrier all together. Corporate needs to know about this location and it's deep need for basic training. I was completely caught off guard and saddened by this interaction.

I asked about a trade in to see if my phone would be equivalent to get an iPhone 13. Thought it'd be simple: I give in my current phone and get an iPhone 13 in return, but probably with some fees. After doing the process they told me it cost some money upfront to cover taxes. I payed that, but days later, I checked my phone bill to realize it has a monthly increase of $21! I checked the the receipts (which were horribly organized and overly complicated) turns out, my trade in was only worth $300 to cover the iPhone 13s $800 price (also plus fees). It is my fault for not asking more questions, but I hold TMobile accountable for not being straightforward.

Wow!! On my visit to T- mobile on Causeway blvd i was helped by Martez! He did a amazing job with setting up my Business Account and selling me the perfect phones for my business.. Thank you so much Martez for providing above and beyond excellent customer service. Also, thank you to Chris who is also very knowledgeable and provides an awesome customer experience. I love this location.??

Over the years, even when I was a sprint member, I had never once left this location without feeling like I've been cheated. They never tell you the full story with what you are getting. I finally got tired of the drama and decided to go in to pay off my device and bill, was told everything was all good and clear so I can switch to another service. Yet again after I thought I was done I am still being charged for my service after I cancelled it. Never trust the sales people here, go to another location, or another service provider
