Mom and I go here often. The employees always greet us at the door. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We would definitely recommend this store to anyone. It's close to my house too.

I visited this location on Feb.1, 2024 to return a Hotspot device and they said Thai would have to go to my care call 611 and talk to them about returning the device and then go to UPS and return it to T-Mobile. I was already in T-Mobile just to be told to go to my car and call T-Mobile. Did I mention there was no one in the store but me and 3 workers? Yes!! It inconvenienced me very much! One of the workers asked the other, "could you print out a return label?" and she stated, "no, she has to call T-Mobile". WHAT... I'm in T-Mobile!!This was NOT good customer service at all!

I was trying for a few days to get my samsung watch connected to the network. I previously visited another T-mobile location and spoke with a representative over the phone with no sucess. When I went to the Tmobile @ Bloomingdale & Bell Shoals Rd. Jeheil and Josh went above and beyond to find the issue and resolve it. I was extremely satisfied with their service.

I went to this store several days ago, I wanted to buy a new phone, I spent more than half an hour waiting for the girl who speaks Spanish who was serving another customer. At that moment I did not think it was necessary to ask if they had a phone in the store that was on display because for me if they were promoting it it was assumed that they had it, because after so much waiting when they attended to me they told me that they did not have the phone that I wanted and the one that was on display was only for display, and not for sale, so I advise you that when you go to a tmobil store always ask because it seems that they do not have everything they promote and that is what I call a lack of respect for the consumer

I went in to this store this morning extremely uptight due to my work phone not working. Josh, Jeheil and David (especially Jeheil)worked together to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Not only did they do that, but they also helped me get the best deal. As a small business owner I know how hard it is to hire good employees. These are great employees!!! I highly recommend this location . Thank you!!

Tamira if you don’t wanna work, just stop working you don’t have any answer to my question you are just waiting help from other workers and everything become more confusing the way you talk is very unprofessional and you wasted my time at least be respectful yourself and your job because you are getting paid for that and try to have some knowledge about what you’re are doing! Horrible experience!!

Where do I begin? I switched from one carrier to T-Mobile, Katherine “Kat” was the rep who assisted me. What occurred versus what I was told were two completely different things. I allowed them to do a phone to phone transfer from my previous iPhone to the new one; all my text messaging history was lost, photos, and other content.I was told the second phone I signed up for would be “overnight shipped”- that was a lie, it was ground shipped so it never arrived as promised and assured. But better yet, the order wasn’t even confirmed to be fully processed. The protection plan I selected was not the one listed in the account. My number porting Over was never done because Kat missed a whole step. The list goes on for all that has gone wrong with joining T-Mobile and getting new devices. What an absolute cluster of a mess that I had to personally correct. If I could give zero stars for this store I would.

Was lied to by the manager.I’ve been going to this location for the last three years with no problem until yesterday. My phone had a connection issue and I was told by the manager that I needed a new phone because my 4g phone was no longer compatible with the 5g network. This didn’t sound right to me since my phone wasn’t that old and many people still have 4g phones but I trusted him because he’s the “phone expert”. I reluctantly purchased a new phone and THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTED! I returned the next day to express my concern and was told by the same manager that it should work in two hours! Huh? Now I knew that didn’t sound right at all. I called T-Mobile customer service line and explained what happened. Two separate customer service representatives both said I didn’t need to purchase a new phone and the manager was in fact dishonest with me. They filed an internal complaint for me because this is a major no-no for any sales person to do.I spent $700 that I didn’t need to, traded a fully paid phone that had nothing wrong with it for pennies and wasted three hours of my time in the store for a problem that customer service fixed in five minutes over the phone for me.The manager is either very unknowledgeable about his job or dishonest or BOTH! Did I mention he was training a new employee while bamboozling me? So he was basically teaching a new employee on how to lie just to make a sale. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Needless to say I will never step foot in that store again and will be sure to keep anyone I know away from that location as well.

Heather and Vic are simply amazing. So attentive and helpful. Was reluctant about spending my early afternoon at the cell phone store, but they made the experience just wonderful. I can actually say I enjoyed my time with them. So personable. Highly recommend them!!!!

Subject: Extremely Disappointed Customer Experience at T-Mobile StoreDear T-Mobile Customer Service,I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at one of your T-Mobile stores. As a loyal customer for over seven years, I have always been satisfied with the service provided by T-Mobile. However, my recent visit to your store on 801 E Bloomingdale Ave, Brandon, FL 33511 has left me exceedingly dissatisfied and compelled to share my grievances.On July 6 I visited the store with the intention of seeking assistance and resolving an issue with my T-Mobile account. Unfortunately, my encounter with your employee named Mike was nothing short of abysmal. From the moment I approached him, his attitude was dismissive, unhelpful, and bordering on disrespectful.What was particularly disheartening was the fact that I believe my negative experience was exacerbated by the fact that I am a Spanish-speaking customer. It is disheartening to think that language or cultural background should ever be a barrier to receiving quality service. However, I experienced a clear lack of willingness from Mike to communicate and assist me effectively, solely because of my ethnicity. To make matters worse, I was shocked by the behavior of another employee, Heather, who was present during the interaction. Instead of stepping in to mediate the situation or provide support, she actively encouraged me to leave the store, further exacerbating my feelings of humiliation and mistreatment.I want to emphasize that this is the first time I have encountered such a deplorable level of service at a T-Mobile store. I have always appreciated the professionalism and assistance I received in the past, which is why I am deeply disappointed by this incident.As a loyal and longstanding customer, I believe it is crucial for T-Mobile to address these issues promptly and take appropriate action regarding the behavior of your employees. No customer should ever be subjected to such treatment, regardless of their background or language preference.I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to ensure that incidents like this do not happen again. Additionally, I would appreciate a formal apology from T-Mobile for the distressing experience I endured.If this matter is not addressed satisfactorily, I will be compelled to reconsider my continued patronage of T-Mobile and explore alternative service providers. Went to switch companies and start a family plan, Gigi was extremely helpful and was able to help me find a new phone! She didn't try to upsell us on anything unpractical and was honest when we asked her questions. Would absolutely go back if I need help
