This bank tellers will tell anything to sell the product. When we go back to claim those promises, they will not be fulfilled. Tellers will blame the people who already left and hand you a customer service number that will not resolve the issues.

Love this bank. Been with them for years. Had a major hacking to my debt card. Mike was able to stop any further problems and issued me a new card. Awesome customer service at this brach always .

Was second guessing using this bank after difficult experiences at another branch left a bad taste in my mouth. This location is amazing! The staff was wonderful and efficient. Very attentive to my needs. I have zero issues with driving all the way from temple terrace to this location! I’d also like to thank Mike for being extremely quick and exceeding my expectations.

Every time I do a bill pay on line (something I have been doing with 4 other banks for over 20 years) .....I'm 60 years old..... (talking about my business account)..... it takes forever for the payment to be received by my vendor. I could have mailed a check and waited for them to manually process it. That would have been faster. It's like I'm banking in 1985 (no computer) times. The payment shows "processed".... but 10 or more days goes by and the money is still sitting in my account. I'm thinking every other bank hates them and does not want to do business with them. TD Bank must be hated by every other bank to the point where nobody will serve their processing needs. YOU GO LAST! Mail your checks people. TD Bank can not get the job done. They expecially can't handle payments over $1500.00 through bill pay. It's like trying to pass an act of Congress! Buyer Beware. Very unprofessional.

They seem short staffed but they can multitasking. Janell helped me and she was getting pulled in 3 different directions but she was on the ball. A little patience and understanding goes a long way. They also were able to get everything I needed taken care of the same day where other banks I had to make an appointment, come back, wait for the mail. Td did it 1,2,3.

I visited TD Brandon on Sunday to do a large wire transfer. Janell Author assisted me with this transaction. She was AWESOME! Very knowledgable, customer focused and so friendly! We are moving to Cape Coral but I would travel to Brandon anytime I need in-the-branch services just so I can work with Janell.

The assistant branch manager (Silvia) at this location is rude inconsiderate and TF bank does not honor promotions! Terrible service in a terrible bank! Use other platforms.

I have been banking with TD Bank for close to a decade after the customer service received in the Brandon, FL branch, I will be closing my account and recommend that anyone who violates your constitutional rights be put out of business. The staff behind the counter are by far the worse customer service folks I’ve ever encountered in a banking institution.. if you want good customer service, stay clear of TD in Brandon, FL. These institutions forget the customer keeps them in business and they have no right to impose any mask wearing, and or state they won’t service it’s CUSTOMERS, unless my face is masked. This is still the USA and Americans need to push back on anyone infringing their rights and just put these bullies out of business. TD Bank,!! This is America not CUBA, CHINA or Venezuela.

Really don't know what to think about this bank after 10 years. Opened a new checking in addition to the one I currently have and its been nothing but problems ever since. My savings has been frozen and unfrozen 4 times in the last 3 weeks. No notification, nothing. Wait time to speak to someone is at least an hour and even after saying it was fixed they freeze it immediately the next day. Im the one that opened my account. Me. No ones else and I'm sick of this being the issue they say it is. Give me access to my money!!!

Open on Sunday? I never heard of this ever. Wow! It was very easy opening an account online and its very easy to avoid the monthly service fee! Highly recommend
