Absolutely trash. Refused to assist me. I was trying to pay off a balance and they are telling me to call customer support. I have a check in my hand that says to TD BANK ON IT.

Even though I moved away from Brandon over a year ago, I still choose to return to the TD branch here whenever I need to visit the bank—and it's all because of the incredible service. Sylvia and Michael are absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care make every visit a positive experience. They go above and beyond every time, and it's rare to find such consistent excellence. The entire staff at this branch is exceptional—helpful, knowledgeable, and always welcoming. Highly recommended!

If I can give negative stars I would. This branch is absolutely unprofessional and disgusting. My husband and I opened an account together at the end of last year and were told we needed a certain amount per MONTH for us to not be charged maintenance fee. Come to know we were being charged a fee per month for the last 8 months because it was a DAILY balance that needed to be met. If we were told the right info we would have obviously obliged to that rule. The 888 number helped us quite a bit, however when I called the branch KIM answered. She was nasty and very rude and just seemed in a hurry dodnt want to help. She half assed the help and then rushed to get off the phone. She gave me a very bad attitude and was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. I never do google reviews unless I have had a good experience as I like to give benefit of the doubt but Kim was so nasty I needed to write a review. In my opinion she should not be working in customer service at all. Because of her my husband and I have decided we are going to close our account permanently and will never recommend business at this bank. NEGATIVE stars all around

Deposited a check. Next day I was told my account was being closed. And they would send me a check of the check that I gave them in 15 days.
They had no issues with this same check before.
I will be calling news channel 8 and letting them know. People are lucky to have a built up savings nowadays after Covid . Most people live paycheck to paycheck now. Thanks to this banks Fraud department. I will be homeless.

The worst customer service experience, first they ask you your nationality and you feel a somewhat racist attention, then they put obstacles in opening an account.

Open a second account and some how it gets flagged for identity theft. Even though I already have one account open with them and now they want to hold my money hostage and not give it me because it's "frozen" and for the notes it says it's because of identity theft and they want me to want 2 more hours for me to withdraw and now close the account. No
