Customer service was excellent. I felt like me and the representative had known each other for a while ! He was great. I was undecided about the case and he was willing to open the case and fit it in the phone for me to see if I like it.

I went in with my iphone 14 pro max with a shattered back screen. Two hours later I got it back, good as new! I had them put a protective front glass on, and got a much better phone case. All told, $230. Apple wanted over $500 just for the repair.- I hope I never need my phone fixed again, but if I do, I know where to go.
