This is by far the best banking institution, including credit unions, that I ever done business with. Every time I visit or call I get 1st rate service from courteous, informed representatives. Real people. No automated or video interaction. The Brandon and Plant City branches are outstanding. Thank you Bank of Tampa for keeping banking personal.You're the best

If you don't have a bank account with this branch they will find every reason not to help you, if you need to go to a Bank of Tampa branch the Bayshore location is awesome and always ready to help (their computers were down and had to come to this branch)

If you like a bank that gives you better service with a personal touch this is where you want to be. Every time I needed help with something they promptly took care of me. I like doing business via email and hey really have a good handle on things and they always follow up. My wife loves you guys too, thank you !

We've enjoyed consistent, thorough personal service from the staff at the Brandon branch for several years now. Everyone knows me by name, even if I can't recall having ever met them, and they're always ready to assist. My one request in ten years that wasn't followed up on in a timely fashion involved someone not in the branch and the moment the branch became aware of the situation it was immediately addressed. That sort of attention is hard to find these days, especially in the banking industry, and sets Bank of Tampa (and especially the Brandon branch) apart from the rest.
