This TJ Maxx is always neat and clean. We had to use their restrooms several times and it’s always clean. Their inventory is always well stocked as well. Floor attendants have good attitude and always eager to help. I highly recommend this location.

Love that this location has longer hours that a lot of retail stores even on weeknights. Despite those longer hours the associates are always very helpful and have great customer service. Tonight I made a return and was assisted by Denise who was super cheerful, very helpful, and offered and explained the benefits of a rewards card to help my save. She was also super quick about processing the return.

Worst TjMaxx I ever been to! Customer service is never friendly or helpful. Very rude and unprofessional. So disappointing because this is my neighborhood store. They need a whole new staff! And this is everytime I shop here. Highly don’t recommend.

I visited this store on 4/8/24 i went to the store in the morning to avoid the long lines to make a return. There was one person in line and one register open which i had no problem waiting my turn. The customer was doing a few different transactions. i understand it would take a little longer than usual and i was patient and happy until i saw how the employee was going very slow on purpose. When she finally finished with the customer she turned her back on me and started tagging merchandise! So i gave a look to the other employee who im assuming was some kind of supervisor she told me to bring my return up to the counter and said something to the employee who kept tagging merchandise. In the mean time the supervisor took the person behind me and started ringing them up and im still waiting on the employee! Who when she finally came to help me she was very rude. she demanded i take my old bag from the return. I was planning on shopping at the store but i left because of the way i was treated. I will not shop at this store again even though its closer to my house i will shop at a different tjmax.
