Have great big sanders, but the rental is not cheap, and you have to buy the sand paper discs separately. Those are not cheap either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Purchased a new dishwasher with delivery and installation on 7/6. It's now 7/22 and it's still not installed. The associate in the store, who was a super nice guy told me not to accept delivery unless it is connected and the old unit is hauled away. I took a day off from work and when the delivery guys arrived they told me they didn't have a plumber with them... Why pay for delivery/installation if you don't have the right people to complete the job?! I then followed up with Home Depot, they told me they scheduled a plumber to come out today to complete the delivery and installation. The delivery guys showed up and again told me the plumber hasn't been scheduled. It has now been over 2 weeks without a dishwasher and Home Depot doesn't care at all. I will never purchase anything from them again.. This takes the cake as the worst customer service I have ever encountered. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a highly distressing incident that occurred at one of your stores, Home Depot located in East Brandon, Florida, on July 10, 2023. The purpose of this correspondence is to formally lodge a complaint against one of your employees, Terry, regarding her discriminatory behavior and the subsequent poor customer service experience I encountered.Upon entering the store, I witnessed Terry exhibiting rude and condescending behavior towards a Latino couple. She not only spoke to them disrespectfully but also made derogatory comments about their language and culture. This incident, which I personally observed, deeply troubled me as it clearly demonstrated a case of discrimination. It is disheartening to witness such behavior, especially when your employees should be representing your company's values of respect, inclusivity, and exceptional customer service.Unfortunately, my own experience with Terry further solidified my concerns. Despite approaching her in a polite manner to address my own issue--a product exchange due to an error in stocking or customer placement--I was met with dismissive and unhelpful behavior. Terry failed to acknowledge my request to exchange the wood stain for the correct color or provide a merchandise credit that I could use immediately. Instead, she hastily processed a return back to my credit card, which would take several days to process. Her actions clearly disregarded my explicit instructions and demonstrated a lack of consideration for the customer's needs.Fortunately, the situation improved when Kitty, who I believe is an employee named Ashley, intervened. Kitty was professional, empathetic, and understanding, immediately recognizing the issue and taking steps to rectify it. She voided the initial transaction, allowing me to retrieve the correct stain, and completed the exchange in a satisfactory manner. However, it is important to note that throughout this process, Terry continued to exhibit unprofessional behavior by misgendering me and discussing my situation inappropriately within earshot.As a long-standing customer who has shopped at Home Depot and even holds a Home Depot credit card, I had always believed in the values and commitment to customer service that your company upheld. However, this distressing incident, coupled with Terry's actions and remarks, has greatly undermined my confidence in Home Depot as a whole. It is disappointing to witness an employee representing your company in such a manner, as it not only tarnishes your reputation but also contributes to a hostile and unwelcoming environment for customers.In light of this experience, I regret to inform you that I will be discontinuing my patronage of Home Depot and redirecting my business to your competitor, Lowe's. Immediately following my departure from your store, I made significant purchases at Lowe's, amounting to approximately $1000 in merchandise. This decision was driven by the need to support a company that values its customers and ensures a respectful, inclusive, and customer-centric environment.I kindly request that you take immediate and appropriate action regarding this matter. Terry's behavior is inexcusable and should not be tolerated within your organization. I suggest a thorough investigation into the incident, followed by appropriate disciplinary measures, which may include written warnings or even termination, depending on the severity of her actions. Additionally, I implore you to reinforce your commitment to customer service and provide additional training to your employees to prevent future incidents of discrimination and poor customer experiences.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Had the pleasure of working with Logan, who met and exceeded my expectations with making the entire process of renting a truck as easy and pain free as possible. I noticed how well they all worked together even on a busy Saturday to help everyone in a timely fashion! Keep up the great work!

I recently helped my 90 year old sister purchase a new Refrigerator. We found exactly what she was looking for at the price point she could afford. Our experience took a turn for the worse as we attempted to complete our purchase. We attempted to complete the transaction at regular checkout twice, before being asked to go to Customer Service because they couldn't see the order Glen (Appliances) put in the system. Once we got to Customer Service, they found the order. My sister attempted to pay with her check, then was told the check didn't go through. I then offered to pay via credit card. Jessic, Sales Associate, was really trying to help.l along with Katie.After three attempt with my card, one attempt with sister's check and two attempts at the regular check out over a 90 minute period, they referenced they were having issues with a new POS system. The called IT on the phone several times while trying to process the order. I asked for a Manager as it that point, I felt they should be aware and to share our experience. Then Babak, Associate Manager arrived. He was very condescending and disrespectful in his tone when speaking to me. My 90 year old sister sat in amazement. The issue escalated quickly, because of his tone. Not once with Glen, Jessica or Katie had the situation got beyond a whisper and genuine concern to help us. Finally, the order went through. We were not offered anything for our horrible experience which lasted over 2 hours when you add in the shopping time. We passed a half dozen Home Depot's to get to this store because my sister wanted to give Lowe's the business. Going forward, I am certain she will not have me drive her there given this experience. For me, it was a 30 minute commute to pick her up, 30 minute commute to the store and back home an additional hour, so a four experience.Stay away from this store unless you are paying cash. Certainly, I would stay away from the assistant store manager. He needs customer service training!!!

They had my 81 year old father's truck towed today because the tag was stolen from Walmart. $225 and 3 hrs later we retrieved the truck. Home Depot endorses this policy and contracts with Split Second Towing in Tampa to extort money from their customers. He was shopping at he store and the extortion/theft tool place in less than 30 minutes.

Was in this location had a whole hot water heater and supplies ordered for pickup and had to pick up a few other things was gonna be about $1000 order in total. While grabbing a few other thing waiting for the pickup order to get ready I was helped by a older Spanish lady seeing if they had something in stock that wasn't on the shelf. She scanned it with her handheld immediately said no and walked away before I could ask where the substitute item I knew would work for me was. This is not how you treat paying customers when there is plenty of competitors in the area for what I needed. I immediately cancelled my online order and left empty handed to bring my business elsewhere.

Came to buy a few things on a Sunday at 12:30pm and they literally had only 4 self check out lanes open while there were at least 20 customers waiting in line to check out. The waiting customers were blocking the main aisle because they had no place else to wait. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS and they should be embarrassed and ashamed but I'm sure they don't care !!!
