We came in and saw the XXL wine at the front entrance on display for sampling. Since an associate wasn't there we went to the customer service desk and asked for a sample.Nick the manager happily helped us. He easily explained the flavors and answered our questions with great customer service. We actually purchased a bottle. While checking us out Corey was awesome as well and he gave us a similar recommendation to XXL that he tried and he shared his satisfaction so we went back to find his recommendation and purchased another bottle. Our shopping experience was great and these guys deserve recognition!

I’ve been coming to total wine and more the day I turned 21, never really shopped anywhere else. Unfortunately I will not be returning over the fact every time I do return, the ladies at the front desk/ employees are very ugly to me. They argue with me my ID is fake make rude remarks stating I’m young. I have never owned a fake ID in my life and never felt the need to acquire one. I don’t appreciate the smart remarks of my age when I am legal to drink, and the lady at the front desk throwing my ID after I mentioned I felt insulted by her remarks. Shop somewhere with respect.

Do not come here. Worst liquor store I ever visited. Drove 30 minutes out to buy the ingredients for margarita and tequito and got nothing but terrible customer service. Management here needs to be fired.

Came down to Florida for a cruise, had a day to unwine before boarding...decided to visit this location and met an employee named SETH. His customer service skills are impeccable, TOP TIER BY FAR.....This guy is genuinely incredible and so informative, so much so I thought he was the manager and to my surpise he wasnt! But I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location, ASK FOR SETH! 10/10
