I picked up the truck on 07/15/2025 at 8:00 AM for a 10-hour rental. I was supposed to return it by 07/16/2025 at 5:30 AM, but I brought it back much earlier — around 11:00 PM on 07/15/2025. When I returned the truck, I filled it up with gas at the same location, returned it earlier than scheduled, and dropped the key in the designated drop box as instructed. “I don’t even have access to return it online.”Is this some kind of way to charge the customer extra? I don’t understand.

Would not recommend! Use another moving truck company!! Truck was dirty with dirt and trash in the back when we got it, tank was almost empty so we had to put $80 of gas into it right away! Then for some reason our drop off location got changed so they were trying to charge me a wrong drop off fee even though I wasn’t the one who changed the location of the drop off. To get it changed, I had to talk to half a dozen people who just kept putting me back to the same department over and over again. Then on top of all of that, apparently we went 5 miles over our allotted amount so they tacked on an extra $5 which isn’t a lot but considering we left the tank over half full you’d think they’d even each other out but I guess not.

The front desk reception was spot on. She was very friendly and welcoming. I don't remember her name it was 3 weeks ago when I was in there she had black hair and glasses and nice and professional.
