We rented from this location got a flat tire. The truck does not come with a spare tire or jack. They left us standard on the highway for over 5 hours. It was dark and pouring rain very dangerous. Then they charged us for the tolls, they never mentioned even buying a toll pass.Don't rent from Uhaul terrible company!

You have to ve very careful with this people they even if you add gas they will charge you 30 gas fee plus wherever they want on gas .. i will never going back to u-haul NEVER

I rented a 10 foot truck June 30 and the previous renter had jammed the wire around the cap and I couldn't fill it back up. I informed them but the owners refused to listen and charged a penalty. They said there was nothing wrong with the cap. I had rented a 15 footer the day before and actually over filled it before bringing it back so why would I not refill this one . I was at Costco gas pumps when I found the cap wouldn't come off so why would I lie.They said there was no problem but neither I nor my wife could get the cap off.Pretty sorry response from them considering I'd over filled the one the day before. I will never use them again

RJ was very friendly and helpful when I spoke with him on the phone about renting furniture pads. Bryan helped me when I picked up my rented trailer and was one of the friendliest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to in custom service. He was efficient and happy to help get the trailer hooked up to my vehicle. It was a busy day at the rental desk, but Bryan made me feel valued and I had no problem waiting.When we had a tire blow out while traveling with the trailer, I called Bryan and he seemed genuinely concerned about us. I had questions about the travel insurance I purchased, and he was kind with explaining how it would cover the blown out tire. He was sympathetic to our situation and confident that the roadside assistance tech would be prompt.If I'm ever in the Bloomingdale area again and need to rent a U-Haul, I'll be sure to contact this dealer if Bryan and RJ are still providing service!

Excellent Customer Service....made last minute vehicle change from prior on line reservation...staff handled it flawlessly. Vehicle was issued quickly and prepared. Upon return, turn in was efficient and quick. Again, staff was courteous and quick in handling return. Kudos to this location.
