Dropped off a Package to this store and got a receipt, for box and shipping to TX $30.00. Felt something was off because she didn’t package it for me there. She placed my open item on a table. I stopped to asked her to package it for me. She with attitude tells me she will. I knew something wasn’t right. Package comes up missing and it says I never dropped it off. I attempted to file a claim but because it says I never dropped it off it gets denied with no communication. I believe that women did something to my package, however, store manager said he reviewed cameras and she didn’t. I was attempting to work with store to get the claim taken care of but after almost 2 weeks and nothing. I won’t use UPS any longer especially this store! If you must use them ensure you bring it boxed or they might just take it.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. The owner of this business should be ashamed of what is going on and corporate should be contacted.
I came in between 215pm and there was a very long line, it smelled like marijuana and only one worker was visibly working, though there were several sitting in the back yelling and cussing ignoring the line out front and we all could hear what was going on. The worker Nicole was trying to handle multiple people at one time and I felt bad for her but the store was messy and it just seems like the place has really gone downhill. I'll take my business to the new 301 location where it's clean and everyone is pleasant.

They need to clean out the store. Some days it reeks of marijuana others cigarette smoke. If they intend to do Amazon returns, there needs to be additional staff to meet the needs. Too many experiences of extended wait times. I only go there because of the proximity/ convenience.

I’ve lived in this area for 20 years, and I’ve been to this UPS store many, many times, and the people that work here are historically rude, very short, and almost annoyed by questions.
To top it off, today they were supposed to open at 11 AM, and it’s now almost noon, and they’re still not open - there’s been allot of people standing in front of the store for quite a while!

Came to the store , states it's open today at 11:00am. Waited 30 minutes no one showed and the store is closed. I called customer service and they are closed on Sundays.

Fast & friendly service for outgoing packages. I always use this store they go above and beyond to ship for you and get you out quickly. Can't say enough good things about them.
