Extremely disappointed today. I love this store and have had the greatest experience here. Except for today. She could care less about customers. NEVER put her phone down. The ENTIRE store smelt like cigarettesmoke. (Different girl here today than normal). Walked in the door at 1:38. Small female (only person there) was on a personal call with a gentleman, loudly (saying no you didnt, not that day, stop it",.. almost arguing with him) through 6 guest in the store. Behind the counter was a mess, she threw a few boxes around "attempting to make room" for my amazon returns. Stuff was tossed on a counter, amongst the other disorganization. If my Amazon is not refund due to this unprofessional behavior and chaos of disorder in the store, the MANAGER WILL BE REFUNDING EVERY PENNY OF THE $300 worth of returns.

Associates are EXTREMELY helpful! I was searching for tracking information for return packages that I dropped off and misplaced the receipt. I provided drop-off date and reference numbers and the associate helped me locate the packages in question!

Holy smoke.. literally. This used to be my favorite location until the last 2 visits, I walked in and felt I could have gotten a contact high from the weed smell. Today (12/29/23 approx 2:30pm), I walked by as someone was going in and when they opened the door, I was again, hit in the face with the disgusting smell. I have severe asthma so I doubt I’ll be visiting this location anytime soon. No matter how friendly or efficient the associates are, these experiences just ruined it for me.

Sign says store opens at 8 AM called and recording says store opens at 8 AM and no one here at 8:44 AM. I pulled up at 8:20am and two other people standing outside the door waiting with their boxes. An employee from the plaza walks by and says “if I were you I would go to another one because they’re not dependable!”. Bad business.

I have been to this store two times in the last week and a half. Returning a package to the sender that is in New York. Guess where the package keeps coming to you got it my house the receiver. They even wrote on the box RTS (Return to sender )Receipt refused.

Store says they open at 8 am. I’ve been there on 3 occasions after the time they’re supposed to open and the store was closed. Went there again this morning at 9:15 am …store was still closed. Complained to another UPS store nearby and they explained they have heard multiple complaints also and it’s even been reported to corporate but still nothing is being done. Definitely taints the UPS name.

I went here dreading having to ship a package. I didn’t know what I needed but G and Emily made the process so easy and it ended up costing me a lot less and saved me a headache. I will definitely return here for all my shipping needs. Their recommendations were just what I needed.

Normally the staff is pretty nice but this one girl who works their has absolutely not customer service skills. She didn't wear a name tag so I can't gell you the name but you'll recognize her by her rude attitude. They close at 6:30pm, I work until 6pm. We rushed out to get this one little package returned to Amazon. I arrived at 6:23pm, their roughly 3 people in line inside and girl is already closing up shop. She refused to let me enter the store to return a tiny package that would have taken her 2 minutes. I would have totally understood if I had 10 packages but that was just uncalled for and the attitude that she displayed was also not appreciated. I will find a different UPS store.

I see why this store has a 3 star rating. Horrible customer service. I walked in and was not spoken to. No Hello or anythingvjust 1 minute. So I waited the 1 minute. The woman with locs goes to another computer and picks up a scanner. I'm still standing in the same spot because she hasn't acknowledged me since saying 1 minute. She then says over here so I walk over there she scans my QR code for my Amazon return after telling me to turn up the brightness. Our final interaction was her saying here you go handing me the return receipt. No, thank you.. have a great day or Happy Holidays. Just rude. Go to another location or use Fedex. I wish Amazon returns were through Fedex

This store is so bad do not go here. Walked in at 7:45pm to ship out a PlayStation 5 for my son and they told me they are not doing anymore transactions because they closed early today!! Really??? 5 days before Xmas even thought sign says 8-am to 8pm. Horrible service and the lightskin girl with 10 pounds of makeup is very rude should not be working customer service!!

The ladies were so nice in this store. I usually go to plant city store they are not as nice but they get the job done too!!Chinita waited on me and was very nice to help me get packages done right to return back to amazon.Thank you for being so nice!!!
