Worker upfront with the name tag Philips seems to never have his machine working for QR codes. I’ve been going every week to drop off packages With other workers is perfectly smooth, but when it comes to Philips his machine seems to never work even at different stations.

Why is there never any staff here except one person working at a time this is bizarre I’ve never seen a postal office run like this before. Also if there is an issue it would be so nice to be let know so that way we can decide do we want to continue to wait or just come back tomorrow the lack of communication in this world and stuff these days is really sad

The manager Elliot was not helpful at all when I asked about a package that was dropped off. It has been 2 full days and my tracking number has not been updated to received.

Tried to call to have an address change on a package. Clerk was super rude. Proceeded to yell at me and talk to me like I'm an idiot and then hung up on me and then would not answer the phone.

Workers are extremely rude. They will treat you like youre making their job harder if you bring too many packages. Be ready to be ignored straight to your face.

All the staff is super friendly, and very helpful. They always say "sorry for your wait" even if it's a 5 minute wait time. The place is clean and well supplied. Great group of workers!

The facility was clean. The staffs were welcoming and smiling. You can skip the queue/ wait line by visiting the self service for shipping your packages or if you have a prepaid label.It is in Kings Row Shopping Center. Parking may be limited based on the time you hit the USPS.

This place is redicilous I walked in and the line was nearly out the door and I see customers walking out the door due to their being only one teller and the other teller Ryan is just sitting at the desk doing absolutely nothing while more customers are so upset because the wait time and the horrible lack of service here they seriously need to get it together
