Took my car in to get new inner/outer tie rods, front lower control arms installed and an alignment. They got it done quickly and without issue. Ive been working on my own cars for 20 years but the above mentioned work was not something I wanted to do on the ground. The price was reasonable and I didnt feel taken advantage of. Definitely worth checking out if youre shopping around.

I recently brought my vehicle in for repair, that another automotive repair shop did not fix and over charged me. Velocity fixed the problem at a very affordable price, they were honest and explained the issue to me. Thank you you all so much for your help!

The guy at the front desk, which seems like the owner, was very rude and dismissive. He could care less I had a long nail sticking out of my tire. He didn’t even bother to look at the tire and was already saying no while on the phone. If you didn’t want to be bothered, you could’ve just said that from the beginning with some respect. Thank God Weavers helped me up the block with no problem. Not to mention Velocity charged me $25 for fixing a different hole in my l.rear tire the first time I was there. Weavers didn't charge me anything. I had the bad luck of it happening again to my r.rear tire. I am actually glad he was rude and prevented me from paying another $25. I guess he only cares when more money is involved. Never coming back here ever again and I’ll never recommend anyone to come here. Horrible customer service.Service: Tires

The owner is very nice nasty and extremely rude. He held on to my truck from Thursday until Tuesday. On Tuesday Midway through the day I called to follow up with the owner to see if he began working on the truck yet. The owner got a rude nasty attitude and said you don't need to follow up with me about anything. At that point I told the owner to his face what do you mean you have my truck and I don't need to follow up with you about anything. I told the owner he was very rude unprofessional and disrespectful and his remarks were completely uncalled for. The mechanical job was well over $1,200 worth of work that he never even started. Was not going to tolerate him being rude and disrespectful just because he's stressed that he's understaffed that has nothing to do with the customer. At that point I picked up my vehicle and took my truck to a actual professional friendly and respectful establishment to be fixed.Service: Engine repair
