We had a great experience here. We came in frustrated because we had trouble with visible by verizon, a 3rd party service, when trying to switch carriers on my wife's phone. We came in with low expectations but there were several really nice guys right at the door who greeted us and got to helping us right away. We asked about options other than visible and ended up getting to upgrade my wife's phone and set up a new plan for her within just a few minutes. I had lots of questions but Chris who helped us gave me every option and laid it out for us to choose, no BS. It was a great overall experience and we are happy we came to this location!

They weren’t able to help me with a broken device, which is fine, but they didn’t have to be belligerent about it. Luckily, it’s not the only store in the area.

Customer service is impossible to contact. The stores will tell you they are sales representatives and can't help with anything but signing you up and selling you accessories. ******STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON ******

I will be honest. When I first went into the store, I sure had an attitude. Just life getting on my nerves and been through a lot lately. I was picking a package up for my daughter and was frustrated because I just wanted to get the package and had to have my daughter put internet on for me because I couldn't pay my bill. She does live with me. My money like all of us, went all to rent. Verizon Pass was not working and took a chance. Poor guy at the door I was such a jerk. He reminded me that being mean to people is not the way to go. We all have issues and to be kind. I had to go back into the store to apologize. I was like Man you are right and started tearing up. His name is Ralph. Ralph thank you for reminding me. You are a great manager and handled this situation very well and with class. Unlike me. I hope moving forward I will continue to do the same. Except for when a person almost hits my car and then yells at me. True happened after I left the store. LOL

Today I got upgraded to a new phone and apparently they NOW charge you to transfer information to your new from from your old. They charged us $30 or so. This is 1000% unfair and unjust and practically robbing people. No wonder people are switching to other companies. Version NEVER used to do this. On top or that obviously they send false messages about upgrade deals and when you go in person to trade or upgrade its a whole different story.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Manager Ellen should be fired. My boyfriend went into the store to pick up an extender and ethernet cable that was unable to be delivered. Was greeted with Ellen saying "what". Refused to help him even though he called customer service at the store and they told Ellen to give him the extendor to the wifi- she replied with no that is not how I run my store. Very rude should not be a manager or in customer service. Will be filing a complaint. Do not go to this store! If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointed.

We walked in and weren't greeted or helped for at least 20 minutes. Once we were finally acknowledged, we were told that one of the employees would sign us in soon. Fine. We stood in the line and waited an additional 20 minutes for the employee to finish helping someone else. Once he finished, he made a beeline from behind the desk straight to another pair that had walked in just a few minutes before. Terrible customer service, terrible ability to keep track of how long their customers have been waiting. We went because we're considering transferring to Verizon. Fat chance of that now.

Brandon Verizon! The worst customer service ever. Spanish chic ride as hell! I would never thought of being treated rude to just to purchase a phone charger.

Showed up at the store to upgrade my phone. I waited for 20 minutes while I watched three employees play on their phone and watch soccer. I asked the general manager about it and I was told "that's none of your business"... cool I guess I will take my business somewhere else.

My bill was $100 more than we were expecting the last time I made a change there. The last time I was there (to reset my PIN so I can switch to Spectrum Mobile for $29.99 per line), the people behind had the same issue and were also switching to Spectrum Mobile. Spectrum gave me a better deal on my home internet and cable at the same time.

Just waited over an hour just to be treated unprofessionally by a big, fat, Slaven Lee Road employee. Absolutely no communication skills or remotely professional appearance. I've been a Verizon customer for many, many, many years and I think my relationship with them is about to end. The last thing a customer wants to hear is some slob with the first words being that I'm going to have to spend more money. Good luck with that!

Had Verizon for the better part of 15 years. Moved to FL, and saw an ad for Spectrum, so I changed service. Made the switch in May, and then received another bill in June for Verizon. Called customer service and asked about bill since I was no longer a Verizon customer, and was told it was in error and to disregard. Then in July I received another bill from Verizon, called in again, and was told I owed nothing and to disregard. Now in Nov. I received a bill from a collection agency for Verizon. I called in again to be told this time that it was for a final bill and was owed. Asked why first two people could not tell me that with no good answer. Asked them to call their collection agency to clear my credit, and was told they can't do anything about that once it is turned over for collection. Verizon customer service is terrible, with people not knowing what the hell they are doing. Be very careful using Verizon. I NEVER will again.

Bunch of losers work at this location. You can't even get thru on the phone they immediately hang up on you as soon as they pick up. I'll never use Verizon for anything, not me, not my family. Hope you go out of business.

We've been giving this Verizon location our business for many many years. Usually decent experiences. Anyway, today my mother who is hard of hearing went to this causeway location with my brother who is trying to get his act together and get him a phone. Two employees standing outside refused to let them in together so he could help her hear! No one else was in the building! Doesn't someone's disability exempt them from these rules? Both of them were wearing masks, they would follow every other rule. Seems to me these employees were being lazy and not wanting to take the time to accommodate a loyal and paying customer. We'll take our business to the newer location on 60 who gives a damn about people, especially ones who have a disability!
