I went to Verizon to address my phone service not working. It was my SIM card. Adrian (I hope that's how you spell it) was my Verizon representative and he was a 1 man army. He provided excellent customer service, fixed my issue, assisted his new hire with training and assisted other customers all without losing focus. He deserves recognition. I hope Verizon corporate acknowledges you.

This has been my best experience with a young man in Verizon due to his patience with me since I am not a tech savvy person. Samo and Yonas are excellent examples to others to follow with respect and experience in this field. He will take the time to explain more than once. I recommend asking for them if you ever need any help!

Every time I've got a phone from this place. They don't apply the proper promotion And it takes me forever to get it fixed. I don't recommend getting your phone from here. Go to a official Verizon store.

Excellent service and found a deal for me that no one else did. Took the time to care. The manager Elijah as well as Stephen were simply awesome. I normally hate my visit to any of these stores but these guys were awesome.

Brian was a great sales man he convinced me to switch from T-mobile to Verizon with getting me a great deal and saving me money on my phone bill. Brian gained my trust which isn’t easy when it comes to phone companies because I’ve been ripped off before by hidden fees and additional cost but he explained everything and gave me confidence back that not all phone companies are about money but making the customer happy. It was an easy to transfer my current number and the atmosphere was really inviting and I did not feel pressured about anything I didn’t want.

Brian was amazing! Not only did he offer me a great deal to get me to switch my service from Tmobile but he went above and beyond to get it done! The transaction took 2 days to complete because the system failed multiple times during the process but Brian kept his cool and kept me happy and relaxed. He made the transition to our new phones seemless and error free! I would DEFINITELY recommend Brian to my friends and family!!!

Julián gave me amazing service when I had a catastrophic issue. Julian is probably the best person I have ever dealt with at Verizon. I would love to give him all the recognition he deserves. My recent experience at the My Verizon store on November 5 was quite a rollercoaster. I visited the store to return a phone within the 30-day return window, and I interacted with Verizon cellular sales representative Brian. Unfortunately, my experience with Brian was less than satisfactory.Brian informed me that the only way to receive a refund for the phone was to have the card I used for payment available in-store, which I did have. However, Brian insisted that the card I provided was not the right one, even though I was certain it was. When I asked for the card number's last digits, Brian provided a number that was unrelated to me. Frustrated by this situation, I inquired about alternative refund options, and Brian suggested a check.However, Brian then claimed that the check option wasn't working, leaving me with no recourse unless I presented the card I used for payment in-store, despite my repeated assertions that I didn't have that card with me and that returning would be a significant inconvenience due to the store's distance from my location. I also expressed concerns that by the time I returned with the card, the 30-day return period would have elapsed.At this point, Brian started making unverified claims about being able to override the system if I returned past the 30-day limit, but he seemed reluctant to help. In desperation, I reached out to 611 for assistance while still in the store, and another Verizon cellular sales representative named Conner intervened.Conner empathized with my situation and assured me that there was a way to resolve the issue without the need for the original card. However, when he discussed this solution with Brian, Brian refused to cooperate, making up excuses and ultimately refusing to help. This left me feeling frustrated and dismayed.Fortunately, Conner then introduced me to another sales representative named Elijah, who stepped in to assist. With their expertise and willingness to help, I was able to successfully obtain my refund without any further issues. Conner and Elijah's efforts were a breath of fresh air, as they saved my family and me a significant amount of time and money.In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to Conner and Elijah for their professionalism, competence, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Their actions salvaged what was initially a distressing situation. However, it is disappointing to note Brian's unwillingness to fulfill his role competently and his lack of commitment to customer service. My overall experience at the My Verizon store was ultimately saved by the intervention of Conner and Elijah.

SCAMMERS ! WATCH OUT WHEN YOU GO IN HERE!All employees here work on 100% commission they’ll tell you anything you wanna hear.Nothing is true we were sold the pile of goods and a lot of promises were made. None of it was close to being true after we had left and the store was closed thr employee printed our a contract and added charges to our credit card without our knowledge , we are charging him with credit card fraud on an elderly person.We didn’t agree or sign anything of what he printed out.We didn’t receive a contract until we went into another store three days later and asked for one. we had no idea that he was going to charge all these things up. He did text us and said he would remove some of the charges. However, the damage was done And I don’t wanna work with a thief. Be very aware I’m going into the store management hasn’t helped this out at all. The SHERIFFS office is being our greatest asset in bringing a criminal charges against the employee. BEWARE! -

We had to go all the way to this Brandon Verizon location because our local location really messed up some stuff on our account. Julian and Elijah really helped us with the whole situation and we’re very patient and kind. If you need anything, we highly suggest coming to this location and speaking with them!
