DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. The headache this store has cause by simply switching from a personal to business account, is insane. They lied about my charges the day of the switch and now, over a month later, I’m being charged $400 for a device that I already paid a $50 restocking fee for. Icing on the cake, NOONE CAN FIND THE ALREADY RETURNED DEVICE.
Bad business, these people are desperate for commission.

On April 4, incompetence, lies and bullying reached the limit in this store, it turns out that they offered me a telephone plan of 75 dollars and when I put it on automatic payment it would be 65 all of this taking me a phone without charges or costs on their own until Everything was fine there but it turns out that they told me that the phone insurance was included in the plan, the hotspot service was also told the same thing and the next day I had to return to transfer the data and files from the old phone to the new one and they couldn't and They took advantage and offered me the smart watch that was on sale free of charge, included in the same plan and I only had to pay the taxes for the watch, it was also a lie, in addition to the fact that without my permission they gave me home insurance that I didn't need... When I called Verizon to set up my automatic payment, the assistant found out that my next bill was going to be more than 170 dollars when it was supposedly 65 plus tax charges, he oriented me and told me to go and file a claim and when I was the manager I didn't show up because supposedly I wasn't among the workers. In short, they treated me poorly and I think that because of so many lies for wanting to sell, I deserve compensation with other people's money, it's not a game.

I was there to replace cracked screen protector on my wife's phone. Jay suggested that perhaps I would want to upgrade my Galaxy 10. After looking at the options, I upgraded to a new phone and new plan. I was very happy with their attention to detail and friendliness, my new plan and the new phone.

Jay, even though he was new acted as if he was working there for years. He got me an amazing iPhone 15 pro (blue), also he explained everything I needed to know concerning plans, and promotions. Hands down best store and great experience, concerning this is my 1st time joining the Verizon family

Jay and Adrian were incredible. Professional, kind, in tune to the customer’s needs. Made several calls to management on our behalf to help my daughter and I solve a problem. We will be coming back to see these young men.
