Very poor return service I was sold a PS vita that was not properly manufactured. And upon return its was told that I could not have any of my exchanges back. The PSP that I traded for and 3 games to go along with it, and a difference pay of 85 dollars in exchange for the ps vita.

I visited here about 3 weeks ago and I saw someone new, who was the kindest employee ever. I believe his name was Chuck. I'll be a returning customer because of him. He was extremely kind and helpful. Went the extra mile, helped me load poster's in my car in the pouring rain.

Rude employee. Wouldn’t let me hold the games to inspect them out of the case. Wouldn’t resurface disks or replace broken cases on higher dollar items. Hire people who actually wanna be there, the guy had an attitude like he was 3 weeks in a 2 weeks notice. There’s much better stores in the area for your business.

Small section of heavily played Pokemon singles and overpriced Hot Wheels. They don't negotiate on prices. Weird cult of personality in this place. LOL!

Very very nasty store. I wish i would of read the reviews before going. This place is like a landfill and has nothing but torn and broken toys or cards. The owner is literally the worst store owner i have ever met. The guy is very aggressive also gets mad at simple questions about if he had something in stock or not. This place should be closed down. It doesn’t deserve business.

Went there for the first time and safe to say that I will not come back. Owner was about as friendly as a pregnant porcupine. Not even a hi. Anything I can help you with? Did you find everything ok? Etc. I did see items I wanted to purchase , but the way the managed and store is I was turned completely off. Will not come back ever again.

Called about a Pokemon card I seen in the store days prior and was told over the phone I’m too busy to check I have people in front of me. The cards are right in front of the counter even told him the name and location and had no knowledge of the product rushed the call and hung up. Had already mentioned I was 40 mins out and was welling to take the drive, but felt he didn’t care for business only for the people walking in. They need better help.

I Have Been Coming Here Since I Was In High School. It Keeps Getting Better And Better Every Time I Show Up. The Owner And His Family, Get New Stuff In Like A Hot Topic Store, And Every Time I'm There I Want To Spend It All. The Record Section Has A Lot To Choose From, Even A Good Section For Metalheads. I Recommend This Place For All Ages.
