This pharmacy, and pharmacist saved the day when we were traveling from out of town and forgot our medication’s at home. It was such an inconvenience for them, but they were very kind and pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this location if you have medication needs. Also, the store was very well stocked with some other items that we needed for our vacation.

So frustrating. Partial refill AGAIN on a prescription that is supposed to be on auto-refill. Lady pharmacist is incredibly rude over the phone and in person. To have her suggest I change to a different Walgreens tells me she really doesn't care if I frequent there or not. If something is on auto refill, why is there never enough to fill me prescription on time? Why do I need to come back again?
Why would I opt to go 3 miles away to another pharmacy when this one is a block away. My other option and the most likely is changing pharmacy's altogether. Id give 0 stars but the crew on the retail side of the store are great.

The pharmacy is awful here. The pharmacist is completely rude and not helpful at all. I can count on being without my medication two to three days every month because of the pharmacist. Same Doctor has been writing the same exact prescription every month and it is always an excuse why she can't fill it in a timely manner. I'm pretty sure I get singled out at this location. The pharmacist seems to think it is funny for patients to go without their medication two to five days every month. If I had another choice, I would not come back. The location on Providence is the same. They have a complete disregard for my well being. The entire staff should be fired and the pharmacist should lose her license to practice. I'm surprised they haven't been sued yet. Completely ridiculous. Avoid this place like the plague.

Starting with a phone call answered by the friendliest voice ever, I asked when the best time to have a passport photo taken. The young lady told me to come in any time for that- that it was our time that mattered.
We went shortly after and she was as delightful in person as on the phone. The process was easy and fast. Thank you G! (I’m not sure if in can use your whole name or not).

The pharmacy associate I just spoke with was rude and very dismissive. She acted as if she was bothered to be speaking with me made a very stupid snide comment. Very unprofessional!

Have been going there for over 30 years when then where on th NE corner but have change my Pharmacy in the last year very rude people they change employees in the Pharmacy to much the old staff is no longer there just the pharmacist so sad

Walgreens has pretty high prices, but, I love to shop at the drug store for all of my make up and toiletries. The prices here are lower than CVS! Lol

I actually like this Walgreens location. I live nearby and buy a lot of stuff there. And I have all my prescriptions filled here, at least for now. But one thing annoys me; they refill my prescriptions without my asking. I have never opted-in for automatic refills and I do not plan to do so. So Walgreens, why can you not get this figured out?

Not happy with the pharmacy. Went there at 8:45 to pick up a medication that was ready and it was closed when they are supposed to be open until 9 PM? This seems to be a trend everywhere that employees are wanting to close early at establishments. Not quite sure if people just don’t want to work anymore or what but very disappointed.

Pharmacy was closed on 10/13 with no warning and can't transfer scripts because they already ran them with insurance so in limbo hoping that don't have to go to er for blood pressure meds

Prices are marked down but apparently when you go to the cashier they are full price and clearly the item number and ticket is on clearance so not sure what all that is about. If you don’t want an item they tell you to put it back your self . The only employee I seen today was a AA woman that was rude and didn’t want to price match or help with the items that are supposed to be on clearance

I went to this Walgreens while my stepson was getting a haircut and the lady at the register (Gesenia) was super nice had a lot of patience and gave me great customer service thank you gesenia I hope I spelled your name right lol the world needs more people like you

I have been to every Walgreens around in the Brandon Tampa area this Walgreens on windhorst is absolutely ridiculous they're always closing early I get there at 9:40pm and this woman already has the store closed down dancing around inside. Like really what is going on? Can we please get some good management going on and if you're going to close before 10:00 p.m. every other night of the week please make sure that's posted. I along with two other people walked up to the door to go inside and were turned away because of this.

To say this location has gone downhill is an understatement. The pharmacist at this location is extremely RUDE for no reason at all and has zero empathy. It's like you're a huge bother for getting prescriptions there and having a question about when a medication would be available. I live directly across the street but will never return here for the pharmacy and will go out of my way to use any other pharmacy around except this one.
