Kudos to Judy. I came to the register with 2 boxes of diet Mountain Dew cans. She said: you know, they're 4 for $16.98 (or something). I said: the sign says 2 for 8, but it's fine, I'm not going to argue with you, but you may want to fix the sign. She said: let's go look. I followed her, and sure enough. I said: you're absolutely right, I apologize. She pointed out: they're on sale if you buy 4. Do you want 4? And then she helped me carry them to the register! She was very gracious and calm and helpful. Fantastic and appreciated customer service!I hope you know what you have in her.

Given expired medicationWent yesterday for Paxlovid on Dec 27/2023. The medication has an expiration date of October 2023. See picture below.Spoke to my sibling that's in the medical field, she stated not to take it due to the fact it will have not have the proper chemical balance to help my treatment. And or, can result to a high risk outcome.Walgreens, inventory your expired medication. What the hell.

The pharmacist, Travis O’Gwynn openly discriminated against me and refused to dispense medically necessary medication for chronic fatigue and aphasia. First he said it was because my neurologist is an hour away. I moved and have an established relationship and travel to see him. Then when I asked him for his name he refused to divulge it. Then he started to go down my history and made issue bc the NP called it in. Then he mentioned that I received telehealth during Covid from an out of county doc. Do I also have to explain that I’m a victim of stalking and provide court records. Im sure if he goes further back he will see that my neurologist was prescribing the same stimulant prior. I have been bedridden and suffering in pain for months. He was searching for any reason not to dispense. He confirmed he had the medication in stock. A pharmacist should not have the ability to override my doctor who has prescribed medically necessary medication and is harming me. Disgusted.

24hours??? Oh give me a break! Talkin bout "closed will reopen at 8" completely unacceptable. Hire the right amount of employees to stay open. Or don't advertise 24hours. It's simple Obviously the manager is selfish and doesn't care. Higher ups should be dissapointed and need to get this store under control.

Just absolutely abhorrent service. When you offer appointment times, you may want to actually, y'know, make sure you're adhering to them!

Be careful they don’t take passport photos correctly at this store if you need a passport photo. My photo was rejected.

I was looking to piece together a photo related gift for my wife and the decorative frame I purchased had very specific dimensions that Walgreens doesn’t print. Jacob went out of his way to assist me in cutting down the picture I had printed to fit the frame. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond.

Not a bad store, but there's an old white lady who works there that is constantly giving me problems. Past two times have been unfortunate experiences having to deal with her.

Someone explain how the building says 24hr and online it says 24hr. Pull up at midnight and they are closed. So irritating. So heads up they ARE NOT 24HR.

Stopped by this Walgreens location on Lumsden & Providence to have my passport picture taken. The lady behind the counter was so nice and welcoming. I feel so bad I don't remember her name but she was as nice as could be! A+ for customer service! Photos came out great for passport standards (lol). Wonderful and I would recommend this location as the cashier was also Dina Ms courteous!

Ghetto. We ran out of medicine and it's the closest 24hrs to us. When we got to the door, a girl employee locked the door. Even tho it's supposed to be open -_- This isn't the first time either.

Wow!!!! So not sure if there have been major changes to the staff or what but the last 3 times I've gone here it's like a completely different location than before. The pharmacy is now clean, hardly has a wait, the correct prescriptions ready on time.... I realize this is something you think is bare minimum but in the past I'd never had all 4 of my Rx ready same day even when I got alerts saying they're rre ready and filled, once I had the same medication in 2 bottles with different labels so missing the other medication, long wait times and horrific staff attitude I used to trade errands with my husband and have him pick up for me it was so painful to come and now its 10% different. It's an easy and pleasant experience. Funny enough the pharmacy has become wonderful and the overall store experience outside the pharmacy has gone down some. Exploded sodas with soda mist and liquid in the refrigerators, about 70% of thing stocked in the right place or stocked at all behind the new digital doors over for drinks and frozen sections a lot of the store just seems to have empty shelves (not sure if they just just selling out fast all the time or just not getting inventory to the floor) and typically has a 5-10 minute wait at the front checkout if you want something extra. However my reason I go here I for the pharmacy only, I don't stop by here when I need anything else outside of my pickups so bc of those visits being radically different so on the rare occasion I do get other things at the front I just know I need to plan for an additional 15 minutes at the front to checkout Thank you pharmacy team- super appreciative of it being an easier, friendlier and super efficient and pleasant experience.

Stopped in this morning to grab one thing. Noticed the aisle is blocked off due to floor washing. Employee tells me I can go down it AT MY OWN RISK. Of course I said NO THANK YOU!Encouraging people to risk injury is a huge red flag…. Especially in a store that caters to health and wellness.Do better!!!
