Lady at the liquor store section at Walmart on causeway was rude from the moment we entered, she kept giving us dirty looks every time we spoke Spanish, she almost bumped into us and didn’t say sorry or anything, and refused service because we came in with a 20 year old even though they didn’t touch anything. Conveniently for her there wasn’t a manger I could speak to regarding this. She simply said that it was store policy and pointed at a sign that simply said they couldn’t sell to minors, even though she was selling to a 46 year old women who simply came in with her daughter. Her response was “I don’t know if you give her alcohol at home so I can’t sell it.” If parents can’t enter the store with their kids then put a sign up because this is ridiculous. It looks like this lady had a bad day and wanted to be on a power trip to make herself feel better for once.

Parking is not that bad like other Walmarts that I have been to I was able to get in and out quickly

Sign says they open at 10. However, the doors were locked. Went into Walmart to talk to the manager and apparently they had not scheduled anybody to come into work until 12. They told me to come back then.

Pulled up at 7:29 & they’re closed when it says they stay open until 9:00 pm. This is beyond crazy. Definitely a waste of time

I used to go to Walmart because I know I can save a couple dollars here and there things were always a little bit much cheaper. Not anymore things are getting more expensive also they always changing things up. If you don't look at your receipts and keep track on things sometimes they overprice you at the register it's happened to me before. But now this Walmart that I go to is now you got a self check out which the machines never work correctly. I was having a hard time pressing the numbers for some reason any other numbers did not wanna go through for the produce. So I finally flag someone down to help me. Which is a miracle because you can never find someone they always talking together in a little group or they're just never to be found. The person that helped me was very very unhelpful. He is I'm telling him what's going on and he's telling me that I have to press the numbers really soft and gentle like this. He kept on doing it a couple times but it didn't work for him either and he's like you might have to go super slow and super gentle which he did and then it started working. He told me I was probably going too fast and too hard I said I was going to normal speed and I wasn't being rough with your machine he says you have to go a little more slow I said well I can't make sweet love to your machine I don't have the time I would like to check out and buy my food. He was just very very rude. Not only I'm paying for overprice food now. Bad service but now I have to check myself out and be super gentle and sensitive to the needs of the machine

Ok. So I went to pick up Jewish memorial candles (2 packs of 24 candles) which I ordered online for curbside pickup and I suspected based on the price that they were going to give me one candle, which they did. I showed the guy what I ordered. It plainly says 24 pack for 98 cents. 4cents per candle. Seemed a little weird but it's Walmart. So he went to get a manager. She's telling me it's a mistake on corporates end and they can't honor it. I told her she had to. It's in black and white, mistake or no, it has to be honored. She went to get another manager. She told me they don't even have 24 packs of candles. They aren't sold that way. So I told her to bring me 24 candles. At that point I would have cancelled the second order of 24 and just gotten 24, but she told me she couldn't do that so I gave her back the two they gave me and cancelled the whole thing. We called Corporate when we got back. Couldn't care less. I had a screenshot of what was ordered but they didn't want to see it. They said it was already changed. Walmart should be ashamed for not honoring what was plainly on their website. She kept telling me that it was online. And I kept telling her I ordered it online. It's not like I was in th store and expected a 24 pack for .98 when the ad clearly stated when ordered online. Be wary when ordering from Walmart. They clearly do not care about their customers.

My friend and I needed some tools for our car, so we headed straight to Walmart. We knew we could find what we needed there quickly and efficiently. This particular Walmart is large and offers a wide variety of food items, including different types of food options. They also sell good quality clothing and a variety of tools. The checkout process was easy and we were able to get in and out with our purchases in no time.

If I could give zero stars, I would.Avery at customer service provided hostility and was the worst experience ever.She dismissed me and started taking multiple other returns and said her supervisor would have to help me, she could not.She never called anyone to help me until I had waited more time and finally asked for help.She also back talked me like she was a child.This person should never ever be in customer service helping people. All I got was harassment.
