I like this store. Generally it's very clean and not so crowded. I can get what I need & usually don't have a long checkout wait. However the last couple of times I've gone I've been a bit disappointed. A couple weeks back I bought a tub of guacamole. When my husband went to eat it two days later, it was greenish brown and we saw the expire date was two weeks prior. This weekend when i shopped, I checked and found two more tubs of guacamole with expire dates of July 1st. I don't usually buy produce here either because it either looks bad or goes bad quickly.

While shopping at Walmart neighborhood market (901 Lithia Pinecrest Rd, Brandon) Sunday May 26, I noticed a walmart employee following me around the store as I shopped. It made me feel very uncomfortable. After checking out I noticed that the employee had disappeared. At the service desk I asked to speak to the store manager. Turns out, it was the store manager who was following and watching me around the store. I told him that I observed him following me. He claimed that he was just making random checks around the store. I'm not stupid, every area that I was in, he was there. It was obvious. And he stopped his so called checks when he saw me checking out. I called him out. After he saw me checking out, he was nowhere around because the employee had to call him from his office when I asked to speak to a manager. I make enough money that I can buy what I want. And just so you're aware - All black people don't steal.

I normally love this store. 6 days ago I had hip surgery but I decided to go to the store and get a few things .I went in there looking for a scooter. There's only three and one of them was not working.. I had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to go out and find me one while I was standing leaning against a wall. Then after my little bit of shopping I asked somebody on the self-checkout to do it for me after waiting about 7 minutes in line because I'm not supposed to bend and get the groceries out of the cart. (The full service register was not open). The woman told me well I have all these people to take care of and she walked away and was just walking around watching everybody. then tells me to go to the full service. It had just opened up so I waited another 5 minutes on that line. That is no way to treat somebody who could barely shop.

My wife and mom just went grocery shopping for a few things and the lady who watches over self checkout peeked over into the stroller told my mom yeah she looks like the mom because my mother is dark skin and my wife is light skinned and kept checking to see if my baby was stealing ?

This market is closest to my house, so it is super convenient. The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful. I love that it has a pharmacy, too!

The cashiers are back and I really appreciate it. Store is easy to get into and to get out works really well with traffic patterns. This store is always super clean. My only issue with store had been no cashiers and you had to check yourself out.

Small Walmart you can get in an out of quickly. Mostly groceries but at Walmart prices without the Walmart hassle.
