This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. I gave the teller a check and piece of paper with a list of the denominations I needed. Teller couldn't follow my direction.

Drop in on February 1, 2024 to open a checking account. ($200,000) was told "we have no bankers" therefore you can't open an account - come back tomorrow we might have a banker. Sixty eight years of living... I thought banks wanted your money! LOL This location has nothing but teenagers who don't want to work.

Horrible.. they will have 3 associates out talking randomly while seeing the line is long and won’t help at the counter (despite the teller ringing the bell for help). If you call no one answers and it’s not because they’re “busy” they just don’t answer. I have a business account and this is far beyond ridiculous. No other Wells Fargo but this one moves so slow. I give them a -1 out of 5.

Absolutely terrible service and atm machines barely work. I have two business accounts with this bank that I was happy to open in 2017. Recently I have had terrible experience. I came in to get one of my employees a card for the account and sat in waiting room for 45min with no one coming to acknowledge me. Two of the employees sat in their rooms and acted like I wasn’t there. Finally someone came out to ask what I needed and I asked where to sign in. They said oh we don’t do that anymore. Well that is very confusing to start. Than he tells me that they can’t issue me any cards without my employee present. I own the business and the account but still can’t set up a card? Next day went to branch in tampa and was shocked at how quick I was acknowledged and helped. Of course the representative got me what I needed and said they do this all the time and the other person was wrong. I am writing this review as I wait another 45min with no one acknowledging me. Why is this branch so bad?

09/07/2023: went to exchange my penny rolls for a $1 and the power short circuit shutting everything down for 15 minutes. I patiently waited in line and when they manage to get 2 computers working things started moving. The manager helped the teller out and couldn't believe I waited all that time to swap 2 penny rolls for a $1 ? "? OMG I could of helped you sooner if I'd known that's all you wanted. Now that's a loyal customer." I'm a very patient person "no where to go and all day to get there" I got out my phone and played 3 rounds of cards before the system was back up.

Cristian helped me out with everything I went for. He is extremely knowledgeable. I have been having issues with my mortgage online access, having to fax several documents as was requested by several Wells Fargo associates but never got my online access. He solved in less than an hour.

why even bother having a lobby- when no one there can ever see you and have a conversation. It doesn't matter how long you have been a customer, it doesn't matter how many accounts you have , it doesn't matter how much money you want to let them hold. They are useless and basically as a consumer I am not going to put up with it and although all the work will be on me I will move accounts Commercial , business, and Personal . I just don't understand the management concept of this bank and in particular this branch when there is so much competition for my money. Save your time and patience and at least go to another branch and this one breeds laziness.

Absolutely the worst experience they don’t care about Nobody but themselves!!! Do better we suppose to trust you with our money but you don’t want to give us our money when asked. Lol Shame on you !!!!!! And any representative from Wells Fargo can save trying to reply because you are not going to do ANYTHING TO CHANGE IT !!!!!

Very slow even though they have 7 bankers on duty. Only two serving customers when the line is long. Two bankers are sitting at a desk chatting and someone (looks like a supervisor or branch manager) just watching the two working tellers. One person busy trying to convince people to use the ATM. She could have been serving customers. If you stand in the line, then it's something you cannot or don not want to do at the ATM

The drive thru teller shorted me $50 then told me he forgot. This is the third time money has been short, never at this amount. My company uses Wells Fargo. I would never especially when the teller does not give you all your money use this location
