I recently visited a bank branch to deposit a check, and regrettably, my interaction with the manager, Dayana, was less than satisfactory. Despite my inquiries, I encountered a series of justifications that not only failed to assist me but also suggested a lack of necessary knowledge for the situation. This experience was disappointing and did not meet the level of customer service I anticipated.Fortunately, my subsequent visit to a different bank on Kings Avenue resulted in a markedly positive experience. The team there demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. They provided clear explanations and guidance, enabling me to successfully complete my transaction. This contrast highlighted the significance of knowledgeable and customer-focused service within the banking industry

Dropped in on February 1, 2024 - wanted to open a new checking account and needed to deposit $200,000. Was told I didn't have an appointment so I was SOL. Bank employees didn't want to help.I know I can open an account online - but I had a few questions. Bottom-line - the bank was empty no customers. Sad state of affairs for a bank!

The worst bank ever to be seen. Make sure you plan at least an hour ahead so you don't stand in line just to make a deposit or to get cash or whatever out. Only one teller out of the 6 computers that were there. Like seriously, don't go here. Go to a different one. Nice employees, but WOW can you say slow as a sloth for real!!!!

I live in Tallahassee. Have never lived in Tampa. Have been with Wells Fargo for at least 10 years. One week ago one of the bank tellers at this branch in Lake Brandon accepted on out-of-state check from Pennsylvania for $3225.00. I have never lived in PA, at the same exact time they also accepted a withdrawal form with an address that is not on my account with a signature that any fool could see it did not match my signature which has been on file with Wells Fargo for 10 years. i HAVE NOT LOST MY LICENSE MY PASSPORT OR MY SOCIAL CARD. AND THEY WON'T TELL ME HOW SHE PROVED SHE WAS ME. THERE ARE CAMERAS THEY WONT SHARE WHAT IS ON THEM BUT I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO THE POLICE. To top if off they have now withdrawn the full $3225.00 from my child's account and she never had that much money in the first place. you can't deposit a check and take out the money the same day if your balance does not cover it . I have never deposited an out-of-state check in my daughter's account and have never withdrawn money out of my daughter's account. We do not even have the same last name. what I was told by the branch manager is sometimes they do things to help Out their customers and that is why they let this imposter take my child's money. yet here we are a week later and my child still has not received her money back AND NO ONE HAS HELPED US, WE HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE i TRULY BELIEVE THIS IS THE BANKER'S FAULT AND THEY KNOW IT AND ARE TRYING TO COVER UP THIS MISTAKE BY THEIR EMPLOYEE

This was my first time at this branch and let me say, it was the quickest and most positive experience I have had at any bank. James helped me with my small issue and was very professional and knowledgeable. Customer service like that is what gives amazing first impressions and will keep me coming back!

Need to talk to a customer service rep about your finances? We haven't been able to get anyone to pickup the phone for three days straight. Need a good app for your banking? Their app is slow, outdated, and the most important menu items are out of the way and not user friendly. They might be a good bank for very basic needs for some people, but nearly any credit union will have at least slightly better customer service and quality of life options. Don't use this bank.

This people are super slow avoid this place!!!!!Waited over 2 hours for a wire transfer, banker just sitting in their office and not helping out any of the clients. Terrible customer service.

Why are the employees just walking around and sitting in the office talking to each other while there are 3-4 people waiting to be helped in the lobby!! Customer service and urgency is HORRIBLEEEEEEEE

I have been trying to speak with a banker for over two weeks now. Calls never get answered and calls never get returned. I have personally gone into this branch three separate times within the two weeks to try to speak with someone or set up an appointment because I am never able to get through with someone over the phone, and no luck still. Horrible service.

I had an appointment at 10:30 am, and they let me wait for more than 30 minutes because they only have one banker.The manager is very rude and unprofessional, the worst wellsfargo I have been in the area.After this experience, I want to close the account with this bank. I don't understand how one of the most important bank in the country can hire so unprofessional staff.Do not waste your time getting an appointment here.

James Crandall was very helpful. You can tell he is very passionate about his job. I appreciate all his help and his honesty!! This branch is very busy and should hire more bankers to help. Wells Fargo should really value employees like James during these busy, trying times.

Came in to your bank at 1pm to withdraw my yearly Ira money had the worst experience they keep saying you next . two and half hours tater still didn’t get attended I had to leave If Wells Fargo bank want to stay in business they will have a make some change or I will move my money.
