Teller ask for customer SSN loudly so the other 6 people waiting in line could hear. Personal information should be more securely. This location need more than one teller. The teller here is very slow

I have had money taken out of my account on 3 different occasions without my consent. Luckily, I caught all 3 of them right away, but no one has access to my information, but the banks. I notice whenever I go through the drive thru teller, it takes them nearly 10 to 15 minutes to do a simple transaction. I'm starting to think the employees are copying customers information and doing online shopping & I think, if someone takes money out of my account to make online purchases. Those purchases have to have an address they are going to or at least a phone number that the purchase is made on and I the victim should be provided with this information. I don't just want my money back. I want those responsible to be criminally charged and I want to be informed.

Only leaving a star so I can leave a review. They suck. They screwed up my account and won't take responsibility for it. Even with physical evidence that it's their mistake, they insist they aren't at fault. Unacceptable

Horrible!!! My daughter, a first time banker, needed to open an account for her direct deposit. We sat with an accountant representative on May 22, 2023. As of today, she has not received her debit card or access to her online banking. After calling the 1800 number she was told that they can not fix this problem and she needs to go the branch. Fast forward, you can only be seen if you have an appointment but who has time to wait a week between the hours of 9-5. A mistake made by this branch is punishing my 17 year old daughter. She now has to take a day off of work if we want to resolve the problem that was created by this branch!

Horrible customer service ... I had an appointment scheduled through the app for this location and the lady said I was not on her schedule and told me I could not be helped and I had to reschedule again for another day. I clearly showed her that I had an appointment and showed her my text and she still made no attempt to help or accommodate me. Made me waste my time. Do not come to this location. The branch on Kings ave is much nicer and great service.

They are extremely rude. I was happy when this branch reopen, but they hire the worst workers. They don’t want to work. I went to get services and was told that the agent had a appointment and he couldn’t help me. I saw him standing with his hand on this pockets looking at me for 7 minutes. He could had helped me if he wanted it. My request was very simple and it should have taken just a few minutes. I spoke to the manager while we looked at him with his hands on his pockets waiting for his appointment that was not showing up. She said he was waiting on his appointment and there was nothing he could do to assist me. I left the branch and his appointment hadn’t shown up. Just plain a simple, they refused to help me with my small request.

These people are rude and very ignorant. They offer no help and no assistance whatsoever, if anyone is considering using the bank please don’t and go somewhere else. It is ridiculous to come three different times and they offer no help. The people at the desk can’t even answer simple questions without giving attitude or saying to come back at a different time with no one else in the lobby. Unprofessional and a joke of a bank. I wish I could give a negative rating.

Super slow. Didn't want to do a wire transfer. Bankers were just sitting in the office.

Understaffed for non teller related services. You need an appointment for these services. No where is this requirement posted in the bank. If you don't have an appointment and waiting, the bank will ask you to leave at closing time.

Booked an appointment today for 3pm to open a new account. As soon as I opened the door to the lobby the guy associate in the left lobby greets me by saying you have an appointment at 3pm right? What's your name? I'm not going to be able to help you because I have a 4 pm appointment and they are opening an account as well. I pressed the issue because I am also a Wells Fargo business account holder and client and I'm wanting to open a new account for my other business. After pressing him, he agreed to look at my documents but then said he just couldn't open the account because my husband was not present. When I told him my husband would not be a signer on the account he then said " I've been in banking 15 years this is the policy. It seems like there could be some discrepancy on how your account was opened, so I would be careful throwing that around because your account could be closed." This upset me because if the account was setup wrong it was done at tge branch with a rep so not my fault. Them he's like well let me look at your current account. Then he said again I can't help you. Here's the thing I don't want to pull the race card but damn, as a minority business owner I should never be put in a position to wonder why as a client I am being treated differently. Why was my 3pm appointment less important than his 4pm seing as we were both opening an account? Maybe it's because I was in plain clothes sporting my yoga pants. Either way my experience with Wells Fargo sucked and I will be closing my business account and will open one with a company that respect all of their client. I don't know the name of the guy but he was the only male banker in the left office. Don't go to this branch!!!

This bank and other Wells Fargo branches are being closed down under the narrative of COVID-this is BS! Costs are being reduced by closing branches! Tne CEO should be fired!

One of the worse bank branches I have ever had to get my money out of-- I live less than a block from the branch and have had an account there since they opened-- head there about every week and they still want complete ID as if I am a new customer--Glad this branch has been closed more than open lately since this branch as with all Wells that I go into are horrible--- Time to change banks-- and would suggest to anyone never open an account here or have Wells turn your money into their hostage

On August 2nd I had an appointment with Lasondra Payne at the Bloomingdale location. I made sure that I arranged my schedule to make sure that I could be there. The appointment I made was to open a business checking account. Lasondra began the process of this and then told me that I did not have myself as the owner and gave me a sticky note with 4 letters saying that I needed to change this information, did not explain to me what this was. I called the Wells Fargo 800 number so that they could tell me that it was information on Florida Sunbiz but they were not sure what needed to be corrected. Well after 6 weeks of calling Florida Sunbiz and trying to figure out how to speak to someone, and doing google searches for information I called Wells Fargo 800 number again and explained the story. The guy on the phone that helped me looked up some info me and said "I actually don't see what the problem is because you are listed as the only owner for your business on Florida Sunbiz". I was able to set up my business checking account through the 800 number and Danny Chong helped me with getting my account application processed with no problems. Because of Lasondra my business lost money due to costumers wanting to write a check to the business vs a personal check, which I do not blame them. What a nightmare this has been for 6 weeks trying to figure this out.If you need to open a business account and already have an account with Wells Fargo I suggest you stay far away from this branch and do it online or over the phone instead.
