I wasn’t happy with the way I was treated at the bloomingdale branch in Valrico.
A blonde woman who looks racist was giving me bad looks. I just held my temper with her. Her name is Deborah! Worst customer service ever. I have been with Wells Fargo and Wachovia before for 25 years. I haven’t received that bad service ever. I will go to the causeway or Adamo branches better than seeing her. I was really insulted!!!

I’ve been with Wells Fargo for close to 10 years and they treated me terribly today because I was depositing a check from my husband. The teller made snide comments about how she wished that her husband would write her checks like the one I was depositing to her coworker and right in front of me asked another teller if it looked “legit” and discussed out loud what the amount of the check was that my husband gave me last time compared to this one.
They then started discussing (still in front of me and the other people) whether the signatures were “a little off”. I am mortified by the accusation and that they passed my check around for four different people to see. I don’t understand why they were so scandalized that my husband gave me a check or why they treated me so disrespectfully in front of others. Their tones the entire time were extremely rude and skeptical. I will never return here. I think the teller’s name was Megan, she had dirty blonde hair and glasses.

You have courtesy on the wall but I watched your teller make a customer give another customer a freaking penny simply because his three deposits were off by one cent. You could have just reached over and grabbed one of the million pennies you have but no, you threatened to have to change all the customers paper work on his deposit over a penny. Ya'll are crazy.

Called today at 4/18 at 1:50pm, was treated rudely by associate and hung up on. Last thing they asked was if i wanted to open up an account and I said that I was already a wells fargo member. She said “oh” rudely then I heard her click the phone down and hang up.

I don’t know what’s with these tellers, I go through the drive thru atm, out of service. So I go through the teller and asked them to deposit my check into my account. Another lady comes and asks me if I need help, to which I reply “I’ve been helped already” after 10 minutes of waiting they ask me for another form of identification (I gave them my debit and my id prior) and they claim I only gave my id. I told her I gave them to the previous teller and they apologized, fine. BUT after all that time waiting they come back to give me cash from my check after I said DEPOSIT TO MY ACCOUNT. Never coming here again.

They don't want to cash a check for me, I'm one of the owners of the company associated to the account, they told me to come back tomorrow to cash it. Or to go to another branch. makes sense?

Teller ask for customer SSN loudly so the other 6 people waiting in line could hear. Personal information should be more securely. This location need more than one teller. The teller here is very slow

I have had money taken out of my account on 3 different occasions without my consent. Luckily, I caught all 3 of them right away, but no one has access to my information, but the banks. I notice whenever I go through the drive thru teller, it takes them nearly 10 to 15 minutes to do a simple transaction. I'm starting to think the employees are copying customers information and doing online shopping & I think, if someone takes money out of my account to make online purchases. Those purchases have to have an address they are going to or at least a phone number that the purchase is made on and I the victim should be provided with this information. I don't just want my money back. I want those responsible to be criminally charged and I want to be informed.

Only leaving a star so I can leave a review. They suck. They screwed up my account and won't take responsibility for it. Even with physical evidence that it's their mistake, they insist they aren't at fault. Unacceptable
