Went to AdventHealth/Walgreens appointment this morning, waited over an hour to be seen (despite being told to arrive 15 min early for check-in). NP said running behind, hasn't had front desk help in over 2 months. NP was professional and helpful. Positive strep test, script sent to the same pharmacy within the Walgreens store. Went home and waited for call that script is ready. Received a call and text that my prescription was ready. Very clear on website that pharmacist is on break from 1:30-2. The tech refused to fill my antibiotic until I speak with a pharmacist. It is 2:02pm- no problem. Except unfortunately the pharmacist took a different break time today. So I have to come back in 30 min. Hope I'm not exposing too many people, was told I am very infectious.

Older guy that was at the register today around noontime is rude and sarcastic. Not necessary ! Don't normally shop there and won't be going back

It has always been a pleasure to visit this location! the pharmacy needs some work but the acutal store is always stocked, clean and has amazing costumer service

This Walgreens sucks made an apt here for covid swab and the canceled it day of knowing there appointments are backed up about a week.

The service here is going down. My interaction has been primarily in the pharmacy department. I regularly pick up the same prescription every few months and every time they try to give me a different generic option. I have requested this not change. There must be some sort of miscommunication between management and the system they have in place. The staff is helpful but I cannot imagine all they must endure if I am one of thousands.

I have been treated with indignation for to long. Three scripts were e scripted and called in. On the 21,22,23. Nothing is done. No insurance issues no Dr issues. I was told I said they were not needed. When was this if I just pulled up and found out none of my scripts are ready. Based on my condition, I can not go without the medicine . Oh and it's been 55 minutes and still nothing. I've called Corporate and they always say which location . Last time I sent three emails with me address. The manager called me a bold face liar when I explained there is no logical reason there should be a delay. I will post on every forum possible to voice my dissatisfaction with this Walgreen on Brandon Blvd and N parson. And the managers name is Erica
