After numerous calls back and fourth this pharmacy bent over backwards to help me get my prescription filled and helped ensure that my out of my pocket price was not astronomical, As 2 other pharmacies have already done so. I can’t say enough great things about this service! They are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure my questions are answered. The turnaround time is amazing—my prescription is processed and delivered faster than I ever expected. It’s such a relief to have something so important handled so quickly and efficiently. Truly a top-notch experience every time!

Stay away from these crooks. My doctor send me the prescription said it would be $18. These guys charged my $32. Said they don’t accept doctors discounts they have there own? Almost double the price for same meds doesn’t sound like you have your own. BIG RIP OFF

I've been using Westside Pharmacy for my otherwise unaffordable meds for about 3 years now and forgot to leave a review. I use an ointment from the dermatologist and now have a new RX. I just checked and their cost is 1/3 of the lowest price with Walgreens or CVS. They mail my Rx. Ordering from them is so easy. Never had a problem and staff is super friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough. Just fyi, I'm 80 years old and on a fixed income. I have had two original RX filled and two refills. All with absolutely no problems. I highly highly recommend Westside Pharmacy.

I would leave a zero star if it was an option. They delivered my son’s medication to a student housing complex at college and walked onto the lobby and left package on counter took a picture and left. The instructions were to leave in the office, it is clear the office is on the left with desks and workers present. Now the package is missing and they want me to pay for it again and trust them to deliver it properly this time. Totally unacceptable and unbelievable. Do not trust the delivery system they use and do not stand behind. When you make a mistake you should own up to it. Even the girl on the phone said she would not have just left it on the counter.

They deliver my medications to my house with free delivery and it’s next business day! Also they use rebates when my insurance doesn’t cover it, very pleased with their services.

I've been filling my wife's prescriptions at Westside Pharmacy for a year now and it's been awesome.CVS quoted me $460+ with insurance but they got it down to $65. Free delivery is also nice. The one time I had to pick up it took like 5 minutes to get the med. They're always nice to me and they pick up the phone fast compared to CVS.The only other pharmacy that's this good is the Publix near me, but some meds are cheaper here.

Mr. Тhien, one of the pharmacists at the West Side Pharmacy was rude, unhelpful, refused to answer a question why the meds were no longer covered, and then hung up on me. Great pharmacy service. No need to contact them! Great phone manners from the pharmacist who makes a living from filling prescriptions from the customers. He also refused to connect me with his supervisor!

I have requested, on several occasions, via email and phone conversations, a duplicate receipt of a medication Westside filled in March for my husband and actually engaged the Better Business Bureau (YUP!) when Westside verbally promised to send and then failed (again) in that regard. Westside didn't have the courtesy to reply to my husband OR to BBB. All we asked for was a copy of a complete $135.00 receipt so that we can submit to our HSA for reimbursement. Shame on you!Follow up - I spoke with the manager, and apparently Westside had no record of either my numerous correspondence or that of the BBB. Not sure where the disconnect is, but he sent the receipt and now this issue can be closed. I changed the rating to 3 from 1, but the extra work involved to get a receipt prevents me from rating it a 5.

Well I had my adhd medicine sent here. I received a call saying it was on back order and to contact my doctor which I did. My doctor told me to call back and ask the questions she had given which I did. I spoke to a guy who was super cool, nice and chill about the situation. Told me I could find a different pharmacy or wait for it to come. So I said okay. I told my doctor and she said okay. I then received another call from the lady who called me initially. She told me nothing the previous guy said was true and "she already told me that they didn't care this medicine" she was so mean and rude about. She said you need to call your local pharmacy because I'm in Brandon and you're in Lakeland. But I know that doesn't matter because I use this pharmacy for my daughter. Idk pretty bad customer service in my opinion. I honestly don't care that much about the meds but I could tell she was judging me and being mean just because I was asking questions. She had a real "oh well, I'm right, you're wrong attitude" and I don't think that's right.

Worst pharmacy experience ever.They took my card info for the free delivery medicine and that day on phone they didn’t charge anything. After 3 days the statement was 2 different charging by this pharmacy which was way much more than what I supposed to pay, I called them back . I Neither received the medicines nor the refund yet. I don’t recommend to give your card info on phone to this pharmacy.Reply to the business:I did call you and left a voice message this morning for this. And this is not my misunderstanding this is your fault that you overcharged me and didn’t deliver the medicines. I also talked with my bank about it and they told it’s all about your company they’ve nothing to do but waiting for the funds from you. And one more again I never told you to cancel my medicine I told you to void your overcharging. Now I don’t have my medicine nor money. Plus nobody should need to wait for 5 to 7 business days to get back the money because of a business’ fault. That’s ridiculous because of your wrong I’ve nothing in my hand.UPDATED INFO:PLEASE BE CAREFUL: AFTER TWO DAYS THEY’RE STILL CHARGING FROM MY ACCOUNT I JUST CANT BELIEVE THAT A PHARMACY IS DOING FRAUD TRANSACTIONS. I WILL POST MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT TO SHOW WHAT THEYRE DOING TO ME. PS: NO MEDICINE NO PRODUCTS THEY GIVE OR DELIVER THEY JUST EVERYDAY CHARGE FOR NO EXCUSES.

My doctor sent my medication here after my regular pharmacy told me it would be over $300 through my insurance and Westside brought the cost down to $50. The pharmacy team is so nice and helpful - I’m glad my dr sent my prescription here!

I have using Westside Pharmacy for over a year and have had nothing but a good experience. They have great customer service, they process your meds fast, and deliver. Today, however, things were taken to another level when the lady assisting me, Fon (I believe), went out of her way to contact my meds manufacturer with an inquiry. Few people would have empathized the way she did with my situation, few people would opt to take action, beyond their duty, to help others. I thanked her wholeheartedly for being so special and this pharmacy is one I will now highly recommend.
