Went to send a return for my daughter because the item was received after HOCO. I was meet with a breath of fresh air named Amari! She was great so nice kind and informative.

Today I was helped by Amari and she was amazing! She was always attentive to my needs and definitely made me and my friend feel at home. I would rate her a million out of ten if I could. Go shop with her!!!

every single worker in this work establishment so clearly hates their job, the looks they give customers right in front of their face, how the managers act when you ask for help and the girls and just mean girls it’s honestly such a bad work environment and not a place to shop if you want to leave feeling confident THEY NEED NEW HIRES !!!

Amari and the manager Lauren were so extremely sweet. I tried on 13 dresses (im extremely picky) and i found the dress that i loved the most. Lauren and Amari are super sweet and will definitely help you with whatever you need! Thank you guys!

Terrible location possibly racist or just treat black paying customers less than.
First off, when I walked into the store twice I was not greeted by what appeared to look like the manager or any other staff member, although customers after me with a different complexion were being greeted.
Then when I reached the register to check out the cashier, Syniah just gave me a blank stare no Hi, Did you find what you were looking for? Nothing. I had one or two questions and she seemed bothered by that and just one worded me with a response. The whole interaction was awful and felt as if she wanted to hurry and complete the transaction.
But what was even worse was when my transaction was done and the customer after me walked up, she was greeting with a “Hi, love” etc. from Syniah.
Is this how you’ll treat paying customers? Remember without customers you won’t be in business. So, next time treat everyone with respect and be pleasant to everyone no matter what they look like.
I will be spreading the word on my experience here at this particular location. Please do better!

If you have a skinny waist, but you have some bum This is not the store for you, You know how always prom dresses and homecoming dresses sizes run smaller, They had only two dresses that was XL. I saw disappointing.

The fact that HOCO is such a busy time of the year for these high school girls and you have a manager just walking around talking or being rude to customers instead of being helpful at the register to check people out is beyond me. You have 2 girls in fitting rooms working effortlessly to get all these people in and out and then we have to sit in another line for 30 mins to check out because there’s ONE cashier. Like really? This is ridiculous— next year we’ll just order online elsewhere because it’s so not worth coming into the store.

I usually have a hard time finding clothes that fit because S or XS are too big on me but windsor has perfect sizing for skinny girls. The environment and set up at this location is everything and the employees are super sweet! Amari was incredibly helpful and had me laughing the whole time she was helping me. I’ll definitely be returning to this location even if I have to drive almost an hour away!

I love it here! I'm almost a regular at this store. Anytime I come, I get complimented by the staff on my outfit. Yesterday I ended up getting a cute red top with a black and white plaid skirt that has a belt. The two outfits on the mannequins are always cute that I have to take a picture to get the outfit either online or another day. Overall,this place is amazing! The staff and manager are friendly and welcoming.

I was in the store today, and saw a dress I really liked in the 50% section. When I asked about it the lady told me it was miss placed and couldn’t honor it! It’s not my fault they misplaced it.

i a regular at this windsor & today the girl at the fitting room was being so rude i’m always shopping at this store & she was very inattentive. she had no customer service when i asked to use the fitting room. while the line was being held up all she did was talk to her co worker next to her. probably the worst girl i’ve dealt with at this location.
