very helpful and was able to help me with a difficult problem. She was smart and together we put together some rods and fittings for the job and it worked perfectly. This store has just about anything you can think of. I plan on shopping there more and more

I'm new to the Big Green Egg world and had many questions about which size Egg and accessories was right for me. The store grill expert, Mark answered all my questions, offered suggestions and advice. The Small Egg package deal was just what I was looking for. Mark handled the transaction and got me signed up for the Ace Rewards program that included free setup and delivery of the grill. Pickett's is now my go-to place for all my Big Green Egg needs.

This review is about a specific employee. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon because my mower broke. I needed a piece to the fuel system. I had a young man named Bee help me. He came right up and went to town trying to find me what I needed. He went above and beyond trying to cross reference part numbers and everything trying to help me get going. Awesome kid and great customer service. Y’all didn’t have the part I needed but I will definitely return due to Bee helping me out. Prior to this I left Lowery’s in brooksville and they couldn’t be bothered to help even tho it was their 8k lawn mower I bought there. Anyways I thought y’all should know. Get that kid some training and in management. He can make y’all some money. Just my 2 cents.

I needed a large mailbox to put at my 96 year-old mother‘s house so that she did not have to cross the road to get her mail. She wanted one big enough for packages and I could’ve gone to a hardware store closer to me or to Lowe’s but I knew that the first place was not likely to give me much of a selection nor a good price and Lowes was likely to be difficult to work with since it’s so hard to find people to assist you. Ray met me at the aisle I needed to go to and got down the appropriate size box for me (Top shelf of course) plus assisted me in choosing numbers that would fit that particular box. He carried it to the register and scanned it so that we would know the price and then carried it to the car for me. It was an excellent experience as it always is at Picket’s Ace Hardware
