“They are the best place to get a tire repair. They are thorough, friendly & honest. Last time I went there, my tire was just low, no nail. They took it off, ✔'d it & told me they found nothing in my tire & no charge. We tried to give him money but they didn't want to take it. I ended up giving him $10 for lunch anyway!! Thank you Mister..”

“A deer ran into my driver's side door around midnight not long ago, giving me no time to react. Thankfully the collision wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting. There were a few dents the size of a golf ball and a long crease around the middle of the door. Matt & Christine walked me through the process of what needs to be done, and communicated with me throughout the 4-day repair process. I just got my car back 1 day earlier than expected, and my car looks flawless. The paint job was blended perfectly and Matt made sure the job was done to achieve complete success. If you're in Hernando County and need to find a body shop you know you can trust, Dynamic Auto Body is the way to go. Family-owned business with reasonable prices. Matt, Christine & staff, thank you for what you do!”

“My review has nothing to do with Auto Parts I was stuck behind the building in the grass with my electric motorized wheelchair and I had no way of getting out of there and cars passed me by without trying to help and I felt I needed to call someone and O'Reilly's was right there and I called and the gentleman came out within a minute later and helped me which he did not have to do but he did and I'm currently grateful for that and when I do need Auto Parts I will be going there”

“We purchased a mower from the Brooksville location in April, 2025, and we are very happy with it. There was what we thought was a major problem so I went in to the store to ask what should be done, and the young ladies who helped me could not have been any more courteous and helpful. I’m so grateful for their assistance, and also embarrassed for what was overlooked on our part! Also, while at the service center, a check up and maintenance was done for what my husband and I feel is a very fair price. Thank you.”

“Im a mobile mechanic and tire specialist. Lawn mowers to heavy equipment and semi trucks. I end up at a lot of parts stores all over the place. None of them can do what NAPA do. Got new mirrors for my truck last week. Air bags the week before. Break chambers the week before that. And this week was special. Had a super rare hydraulic hose for a customer. It took some work but Mike got me the perfect hose and the customer is thrilled. Overall great customer service and a great selection of stuff. Even a decent tool room with several specialty tools. Huge selection of high grade electrical stuff.”

“Knights Body Shop did an outstanding job of bringing my Avalanche back to its original condition. It now looks showroom new! The owner of this business stood by me when my insurance company did their best to deprive me of the coverage by denying that I even had coverage. It took us months of waiting, phone calls and emails, but the insurance company finally sent a check! Knights was always polite, attentive and caring. He even helped me find a better insurance company! I highly recommend Knights Body Shop!”

“I went to Register Chevrolet with an issue with my 2018 Chevy Silverado. I was a little hesitant to go to this dealership because I saw some negative reviews and when I support a business I take into consideration customer reviews. Well, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and how attentive they were to my needs as a customer. I'm writing this review particularly because of my interaction with their service technician, her name is Sam. This was my first experience with Register Chevrolet and because of the incredible service I received through Sam, I will bring my truck back to this dealership without hesitation!!!Thank you Sam, you are an asset to your company, I hope, for your sake they see your value to Register Chevrolet.”

“My experiences with Walmart Auto Care Centers in the past have been poor. Although I have never had an issue with the work performed, the customer service I have received at Walmart Auto has been bad. Usually, really bad. However, this has not been the case at the Brooksville Florida Broad Street location. In fact, (and because of this) I drive way out of the way and past another Walmart Auto location just to use the Broad Street location. Lisa, who works the customer service desk in the mornings is amazing. She has always been more than helpful and extremely professional. I have not experienced this kind of service at other Walmart Auto locations. Lisa has helped me over the phone twice and in person several times now. The techs at this location are also helpful, work quickly and are friendly. I have learned that key is to either walk in first thing in the morning or set an appointment when they open. Otherwise, they might behind and you may be there a bit longer than expected. Regardless of that, it's the service at this location that makes the difference. Thank you, Lisa, for always taking such good care of me. You really do understand what good customer service is and it shows with every interaction you have had with me and others I have observed you helping.”

“So I had a 2 o’clock appointment for an oil change got there at 1:50pm pulled behind a vehicle. It’s 2:10pm and they pull the car ahead of me in. I ask the clerk what time is that vehicle’s appointment she told me 2:30pm I told her that mine is for 2. If anyone knows Walmart if you don’t have an appointment it can be a problem. That shows me that the clerk isn’t in communication with the service guy in the bay. Hopefully they can get the proper coaching to keep it from happening to other customers.”
