“I've known Matt and Christine fir many years. I've had them help me with my vehicles a few times, and also referred friends. Some of their vehicles were, antique truck that he won many awards at shows, Cadillacs, Mercedes, ford, Chevy, etc.
I live way up in Floral City now, but to me, it's worth the drive to them. This time It was my, new to me jeep. I had a small accident yesterday, bending the front bumper. I pulled it away from the tire with a ratchet strap, and got it in to them today. Matt was able to fix it while I waited. I was able to get it home and safe to use till I can get it replaced.

“My review has nothing to do with Auto Parts I was stuck behind the building in the grass with my electric motorized wheelchair and I had no way of getting out of there and cars passed me by without trying to help and I felt I needed to call someone and O'Reilly's was right there and I called and the gentleman came out within a minute later and helped me which he did not have to do but he did and I'm currently grateful for that and when I do need Auto Parts I will be going there”

“I just got my 2021 Venza back. Fantastic job! This a rare or almost impossible business to find in 2026. One that under promises and over delivers.
1st: they said it would take 2 weeks to get me in, got in 1 week. 2nd: promised to be maybe finish on a Friday or Monday, done on Thursday.
3rd: The work came in under estimate and they gave me back the difference. This is rarest of all.
4th: They have a free shuttle to take you home and pick you up during the week. Just have to make arrangements for it.
5th: They washed the car and cleaned the interior. Unexpected.
Special shout out to Chris Mooney for the estimating and follow through, Darin the shuttle driver and dang it, I can't remember the names of the office managers who sit out front. All of them provided great customer service.”

“My first stop was O’Reilly on Cortez Boulevard in Brooksville. They tested my battery and it was a bad battery. They told me that my battery was too difficult for them to change. My husband said no worries go to AutoZone. They will do it right next-door. I went in. They retested the battery to confirm and Hank had no problem installing a new battery. He did an awesome job was very quick and efficient thank you Hank. You are amazing and so is AutoZone.”
“Discovered I do love the place but they definitely overcharged me for items! I can get same item from AutoZone for $40 & they charged me $110. What is wrong with this picture? My side passenger mirror fell off. I don't need whole mirror replaced just glass and backing replaced!!!! I have custom mirrors!”

“Im a mobile mechanic and tire specialist. Lawn mowers to heavy equipment and semi trucks. I end up at a lot of parts stores all over the place. None of them can do what NAPA do. Got new mirrors for my truck last week. Air bags the week before. Break chambers the week before that. And this week was special. Had a super rare hydraulic hose for a customer. It took some work but Mike got me the perfect hose and the customer is thrilled. Overall great customer service and a great selection of stuff. Even a decent tool room with several specialty tools. Huge selection of high grade electrical stuff.”

“Knights Body Shop did an outstanding job of bringing my Avalanche back to its original condition. It now looks showroom new! The owner of this business stood by me when my insurance company did their best to deprive me of the coverage by denying that I even had coverage. It took us months of waiting, phone calls and emails, but the insurance company finally sent a check! Knights was always polite, attentive and caring. He even helped me find a better insurance company! I highly recommend Knights Body Shop!”
“Went in for an appraisal for my '23 Nissan Sentra today. Marissa was fantastic, 6/5 Stars for customer service. Made me feel at home. Perfect balance of not being pushy, but getting down to business efficiently and cordially . Free coffee and cookies were offered for my diabetic dad who tagged along and had a little blood sugar thing.
Manager quoted me a reasonable offer on my car, which actually turned into a generous offer, were I to buy a new car from him same day. Unfortunately, I'm not in the market for another Nissan (great cars, excellent engineering, just wanted to try a Toyota this time around, and they didn't have the exact make/model I'm shopping for).
Highly recommend Maus Nissan of Brooksville, if you're in the market for a Nissan. Bought another car from them in '23, and it was similarly great experience.”
“My experiences with Walmart Auto Care Centers in the past have been poor. Although I have never had an issue with the work performed, the customer service I have received at Walmart Auto has been bad. Usually, really bad. However, this has not been the case at the Brooksville Florida Broad Street location. In fact, (and because of this) I drive way out of the way and past another Walmart Auto location just to use the Broad Street location.
Lisa, who works the customer service desk in the mornings is amazing. She has always been more than helpful and extremely professional. I have not experienced this kind of service at other Walmart Auto locations. Lisa has helped me over the phone twice and in person several times now. The techs at this location are also helpful, work quickly and are friendly.
I have learned that key is to either walk in first thing in the morning or set an appointment when they open. Otherwise, they might behind and you may be there a bit longer than expected. Regardless of that, it's the service at this location that makes the difference. Thank you, Lisa, for always taking such good care of me. You really do understand what good customer service is and it shows with every interaction you have had with me and others I have observed you helping.”

“A very honest local business! I went to them for new pads, tires, and alignment. They walked me through several tire options, and found some on sale that fit my needs. I ended up getting Discoverer RTX 2 for the truck, and love them. The price was very fair, the quality of the work is high, and everything happened when they said it would.
