“Wow ... it's been a long time since I've experienced such an excellent degree of service. Stacie was amazing! She was assigned to help me retrieve items from my car before I left it. I expected to have someone simply point the way to my car ... so I could empty it. Instead, Stacie said "Go get your ride and bring it around back here, I'll help you get your items." When I got back around to her, she had emptied the whole car ... seat covers, Weathertek floor pads, even my Sunpass ... things I never would've thought to take. As a very pregnant woman with not a lot of knowledge or experience, I really appreciated the fact that the person I spoke with treated me with respect instead of being patronizing. He answered any questions I had about how certain parts of my vehicle worked, and even went so far as to print out explanations for certain things. He recommended certain mechanics that wouldn't take advantage of my ignorance, and didn't walk away until he knew I was more confident with my vehicle. Five stars all the way.”

“Angels do exist and I found 1 at AutoZone and her name is Crystal Sommer. As soon as I walked in I knew I found my store. I needed a low beam headlight. I was given options and she explained everything I needed to know about the bulb. To top it off Crystal came right out and installed my bulbs for me. Thank You, Crystal for everything. “I got a phone call from my mother, Betty Bell, last evening. She is 86 years old this month. She was telling me about her unexpected adventures of the day, which ended at this fine establishment. The day before, she noticed damage to a cosmetic piece near the hood of her van. While she was getting gas, she asked another customer where to get her car fixed. The first place that was recommended was Minnie's. So, she headed to Minnie's place. Unfortunately, they were unable to help her with this repair and sent her to Knight's Auto Body. She was pleasantly greeted by a man who helped her with parking. She said there is a lot of construction going on in the area. The gentleman looked at the damage and proceeded to fix it. He declined my mother's attempt to pay him. I am so grateful that she had such an amazing experience with this business. I live on the east coast of Florida so this has given me the priceless gift of peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking care of my mom and for your kindness.”

The repair was said to take between 14 and 20 days. The car was ready on the 10th day. We picked our repaired Equinox up and are very satisfied. It looks as good as before.
