“I would just like to leave five stars here despite not having purchased any parts from this location. The gentlemen that work at this location are super knowledgeable and friendly and go above and beyond in their customer service. I called about a part over the phone and wasn't unable to go get it immediately. I was blown away when he offered to have somebody drive it out to me. I said it wasn't a big deal and I would have a vehicle to go pick it up shortly. When I did come in to pick it up there was a miscommunication of my end and they'd pulled the wrong part and didn't have the one I actually needed currently in stock but they went ahead and called the nearest location that had it and told them to pull it and have it ready for me. You don't get that sort of service anywhere these days but I do greatly appreciate it. So kudos to you guys and thanks!”
“Update 3/31/26. I returned for parts again. They have most trailer parts in stock, bring in your old part to be sure it's correct. Boss thinks he's funny. Okay, he is a little funny. Their service again earned this 5 Star.

“Went in to have a passenger side mirror replaced. I purchased the mirror online and had Roy paint the mirror and install it on my 2017 Subaru WRX. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Had the mirror painted in a couple days and installation took about 30 minutes. Will definitely be going back if I ever need anything else done. Great job Roy and Christy!”
